Bolt seems to want Abbott and Credlin rewarded for "not doing bad things". Generally that's what is regarded as criminal extortion. It's a well honed traditional practise of mafia
How does Bolt's brain work?
Firstly he admits there's validity to the criticism directed at Abbott however it's due to the structure of the PMO so it's sort of his fault but but really not. It is Credlin's.
