Bolt's Mentor and role model Fox News's Bill the liar O'Rielly doesn't think Obama has made the wrong decision formulating a nuclear agreement with Iran but has made a sensible one. However I'm sure that's a ploy on his part for a reversal to come later. Basically the conservatives of the USA wants to bomb bomb bomb them into the stoneage.
However given the fact that since 2003 there have only been 2 aggressive Sovereign States active in the Middle East the USA(coalition) and Israel and one recent entrant Saudi Arabia for bombing Yeman the argument for Iran's belligerence is little more than Republican propaganda sold on a daily basis by Murdoch media and others particularly when at present Iran is an ally in the fight against IS in Iraq.
Given that Iran are not Arab but Persian and have a 20,000 Jewish citizens who feel far from marginalised there seems little reason to play the cold war games of the Tea Party against them. They could in fact be the pivot for stability in the area. Bolt merely spouts the conservative line of course for his corporate master and those who would be Americas plutocrats
Rare mistake indeed. Bolt was found guilty of defamation this week with an undisclosed payout. This seems an instruction by Murdoch's lawyers to apologies because he's crossed the line again and is becoming a liability. We know Butthead doesn't understand jokes but really he never even read it before posting a reply. He is what Colvin described a churnalist
Bevis Blair and Butthead Bolt have ago at Green the tax payer subsidised journalist. It's a case of the pot calling the kettle black. Green is a journalist. Has Bolt stopped dining out on Sundays? Maybe he's stopped tipping. There are places that charge a premium on Sundays. If penalty rates drop will their prices ? I hardly think so.
The Senate exists because the major parties made their preference deals in a Democratic election. Crying foul after is just crocodile tears. They have the Senate they chose. Julia Gillard negotiated her way through a hostile senate and passed bills. Abbott's failure is his unfair, unjust and unsold policies.
Bolt is more impressed with arts secondary market than the art or objects themselves. He'd walk past Van Gogh today if he were alive and a struggling artist. He needs to know what the 'elite' like first. He hasn't an independent mind.
Bolt is a firm believer in 'collective punishment ' for some. If a Muslim commits a crime all Muslim no Islam is the father of that crime. If an indigenous person committs a crime Indigenous culture is the mother of the action. If a unionist misappropriates the ideology is at fault. It's the very opposite of what he professes to be liberal and favour individuals.
The Christian Kenyan army and police have raped slaughtered, and tortured the Kenyan Somalis in Garissa province since 1967. They are only one of 34 tribes in Kenya and 5% of the population. They have done the same to Somalis over the border in raids with an open philosophy of 'collective punishment. Al Shabab retaliates. The greater Muslim population of Kenyas Garissa province do not recognize al Shabab as followers of Islam.
