But now it's firsthand direct knowledge of all the impeachable acts Trump committed. What reporters are given to calling, "explosive revelations."

Bolt's sloppy claims to journalism were always self-evident and keep repeating themselves

A Yolngu Elder and Warramiri Tribal Chief has rejected claims that he is the author of a letter published in a blog post that was published by NewsCorp columnist Andrew Bolt on Sunday. 
The letter, which appears on Andrew Bolt’s blog attributed to “Terry Yumbulul, Tribal Chief of the Waramiri people, on behalf of the traditional owners of Arnhem Land clans, on behalf of the Yolngu people” claims the writer is speaking on behalf of all Yolngu people and denounces the popular author and historian Bruce Pascoe and his book Dark Emu.

Mr Yumbulul took issue with several aspects of the letter published by Bolt and attributed to his name.
Mr Yumbulul said he does not speak on behalf of the Yolngu people and has never claimed to.
“I speak for Warramiri people only,” he said.

 the letter published by Andrew Bolt contained inaccuracies that he would never write.

" The letter said the Yolngu people find it “insulting” that prominent Aboriginal people have “supported Pascoe and his theories” including Professor Marcia Langton and the Minister for Indigenous Australians Ken Wyatt."


The Letter total bullshit was never verified by Bolt who was simply in a heated rush to denigrate Bruce Pascoe and used a fake letter to do so. The Elder has every right to consider suing Bolt for defamation.
These are the standards News Corp adheres to in those they employ and call their "top" people. 
Bolt's walked away from accusations like this in the past in silence merely relying on the 24/7 news cycle to wash them away, leaving the fake stain to remain. Andy Pitman being another case where Bolt was less than concerned with accuracy than he was about spreading fake news. The only way to bother him is to ensure his advertisers walk away.

The Minister for Indigenous Australians has removed businesswoman Josephine Cashman from the Senior Advisory group, following her public campaign to discredit author Bruce Pascoe.

This is what's notably called Gas Lighting, drawing attention away from the real game. McKenzie was voted a member of her Shooting Club 4 days Before she decided to allocate them their Grant. Ye's Bolt could find any number of disgruntled clubs who didn't apply for a grant he could discover hundreds of thousands of disgruntled Australians who don't belong to sporting clubs. What's his point? Bolt seems disappointed for someone who doesn't have any involvement in any sporting clubs we know of. Yet, that seems perfectly ok to him... He's a PR merchant gas Lighting an activity a tactic often applied by News Corp to get attention and please the interests they support.
