“For two weeks, Opposition Leader Matthew Guy has refused to answer detailed questions about the Liberals’ donor scandal.
In Wodonga on Friday, though, far away from the Melbourne press pack, he had no choice but to raise the issue himself. He announced that the Victorian Electoral Commission had requested copies of documents discussing a proposed payment to his chief of staff, Mitch Catlin, who was forced to resign after the plan leaked.

Lachlan Murdoch is demanding an apology from Crikey for the third time in three years.

So much for Murdoch's Philosphy major and any notion of "Free Speech"

The article, published in June and subsequently deleted, alleged Lachlan and Rupert Murdoch were to blame for the January 6 attack on the US Capitol.

Rupert Murdoch, who is not an Australian citizen, is widely known not to sue for defamation. However, Lachlan Murdoch is more litigious and this is not the first time he has demanded an apology from Crikey.

Lachlan Murdoch sends legal threat to Crikey over article

Unlike Murdoch Salmon Rushdie practices and doesn't police "Free Speech" with legal action.

The terrible injuries suffered by the great British writer will not extinguish his belief in the critical importance of saying the unsayable

Where Salman Rushdie defied those who would silence him, today too many fear causing offence

SKY-TV Ratings - some interesting Stats

Rowan Dean's new show The World According to Rowan Dean is off to a flying start. He lost half his viewers in two days.
Maybe next week will be better...see charts below
But it could be worse. (from Ken Devine on Twitter)
Here are the ratings for Rita Panahi's show which is broadcast is on Mondays....see chart below.
For Thursday Night there is : Bolt, Credlin, Paul Murray, Chris Kenny, Rowan Dean.... all beaten by "The great pottery throw down" can you believe it!!!
So here is the next question - With poor ratings like this how is SKY-TV surviving - is it being subsidized or is money coming from another source ?
