Stuart Robert expressed it when he said ” As a Cabinet member I’m obliged to lie” and not represent the people of my electorate. Dutton agreed when he said under my leadership the Shadow Cabinet will not be allowed  a conscience. Voted the worst ever Health, Immigration and Home affairs Minister Dutton is a country mile ahead of Abbott

A split is looming for the Liberals over the Indigenous voice to parliament as its architects warn the party’s opposition is a “vote for business as usual”.

'A Judas betrayal': Noel Pearson criticises Liberal opposition to Voice - ABC Radio National

"I couldn't sleep last night. I was haunted by dreams, and the Dutton Liberal Party's Judas betrayal of our country. They've had 11 years to work on a proper proposal... I see Peter Dutton as an undertaker, preparing the grave to bury Uluru."( Noel Pearson )

The Liberal party has finally settled on a 'no' position on the Indigenous voice referendum.

Noel Pearson says it's a "great betrayal" of the country, and a "sad day" for Australia that there won't be bi-partisan support for an "important national enterprise".

'A Judas betrayal': Noel Pearson criticises Liberal opposition to Voice

Nationals MP Barnaby Joyce, former Labor minister Gary Johns, broadcaster Alan Jones and One Nation leader Pauline Hanson appeared at the no campaign event in Tamworth on Friday.

God never gave this nation to White men they just sailed in and took it then lied and said nobody was here. It began with bullshit and continues with the same bullshit of non-recognition 250 years later. It's as if Indigenous Australians are migrants the barbarians at the gate and don't deserve any special recognition.

The indigenous version of history is rarely mentioned and mostly denied any validity when it is. Today  is what it is is and it's described as the best of possible worlds. In the meantime all other British colonies have recognized their histories with treaties written and yes in many cases have given a special voice to their First Peoples when government decisions are made specifically about them. The No vote is the equivalent of Israeli Democracy where  Conservatives deem God gave them the country occupied Palestinians 3000 years ago. Australia's No voters say he gave it to the British 250 years ago and ignore the very very spiritual 40,000 years that preceded it. They will tell you the 'real' God didn't exist here then. They are intent on eliminating and committing cultural genocide which clearly says otherwise.

Traditional owners want to unite an Australia that's only 250 years old and divided since 1788 by Constitutional Recognition and a Voice. Dutton is running away from the responsibility handed him by history saying "It's not my job" give it to the local councils regions and states.

Gomeroi traditional owners fear more ‘divisive’ meetings after event attended by rightwing politicians attracted widespread condemnation

Controversial comments made at a no campaign against the voice event “reinforce racist stereotypes and inflict harm”, says the race discrimination commissioner, who has joined a wave of criticism prompted by the meeting.

How News Corp is framing the ‘No’ case

News Corp has become the unofficial mouthpiece of the ‘No’ campaign against the Voice

The gutless Murdoch brick road of bullshit Shaun Micallef reminds them

Kenny was a member of the co-design committee that advised the Morrison government on options for the Voice, and remains a supporter of the referendum. But two days later, in his column in The Weekend Australian, he said Albanese alienated conservatives by making it a focus of his victory speech on the night of the 2022 election and refusing to outline the shape of the body that would be legislated after a successful referendum.
Kenny’s column sat amid some 11,500 words in the newspaper covering the government’s model for the Voice, including scathing assessments by Paul Kelly and Dennis Shanahan, and a pained opinion piece by constitutional lawyer Greg Craven, former vice-chancellor and now emeritus professor at the Australian Catholic University.
Craven was an early supporter of the Voice as a “conservatively acceptable” answer to calls for constitutional recognition of Indigenous Australians. But the original idea, Craven now wrote, had been hijacked by Indigenous activists and progressives and the prime minister’s referendum question proposed the Voice in the “worst possible form”, which “dynamites conservative support”.

May be an image of 1 person and text that says 'Norman Mailer TO BLAME THE POOR FOR SUBSISTING ON WELFARE HAS NO NO JUSTICE INIES WE ARE ALSO WILLING TO JUDGE EVERY RICH MEMBER OF SOCIETY BY HOW PRODUCTIVE HE OR SHE IS. TAKEN INDIVIDUAL BY INDIVIDUAL, IT IS LIKELY THAT THERE'S MORE IDLENESS AND ABUSE OF GOVERNMENT FAVORS AMONG THE ECONOMICALLY PRIVILEGED THAN AMONG THE RANKS OF THE DISADVANTAGED.'
