Are we searching for the 60s again the era of “flower power” and hippies when “tune-in, turn on, and drop out” was almost considered a terrorist action?

California lawmakers sent a bill to Gov. Gavin Newsom that would make it legal to possess or grow some plant-based psychedelics.

Because a good trip is better than a ride with Dutton

If you’re trying to understand what it means “to go to hell in a handbasket” simply take an account of the recent government rule by the LNP this century and particularly in the past decade. Then listen to Peter Dutton try to tell you that a deficit of a trillion dollars is really nothing when it was 3rd of that under the ALP who saved the country from the GFC. Listen to Dutton tell you the ‘working poor” are better off today because unemployment is down and casualized labor up. That “pink bats” was the worst scandal bigger than any ever seen under the LNP. How many deaths more than 5 did Offshore detention, Covid, and Robocop deliver? Then listen to him tell you the ALP was never as united as the LNP when Fraser, Hewson, and Turnbull left the party. Then evaluate what it means to go “to hell in a handbasket” with a media-driven Trump-like PM called Scomo

The Voice may not be perfect, it may not answer all the questions but it’s a start and just like most other changes we have seen in our lifetimes, won’t lead us to hell in a hand basket.

Remember when the ALP saved us from the GFC and Wayne Swan was voted globally as the world’s best treasurer. Tony Abbott and the Murdoch media were screaming “recession”. That was when chicken little was the voice of the LNP and the sky was falling in. Remember all those broken promises and their first budget and what happened to would be hopeful PM Joe Hockey. All those broken promises were the ‘fix’ and they certainly were.

The rich got richer super rich and the poor super poorer with the lifestyle choice of Indigenous Australia according to Abbott. Now we have the working poor with jobs and supplementary welfare. Imagine people with jobs on welfare kids moving back to live with mum and dad while more luxury vehicles than ever are seen on our roads. The wealth and income gap is expanding. The once middle class hopes and those of Australia’s children shrinking along with thei bank accounts. Small business has vacated our shopping strips and malls and it didn’t happen because the ALP are now in government did it Mr Dutton!

Estimated GDP data released by the Bureau of Statistics has resulted in the mainstream media pouncing on warnings of a ‘per capita recession’, writes Dr Abul Rizvi.

The Institute of Public Affairs (IPA) has been accused of trying to indoctrinate school children by distributing a classroom lesson plan that teaches students how to mount arguments against the proposed Indigenous Voice to Parliament.

A Nation like Russia and China without a vision of a Bill Universal Human Rights built into it's Constitution but Racial differentiation and entitlement under the pretense that god gifted this land to the British 245 years ago. That's Murdoch's Greg Sheridan.

His mate
