Since Covid people have opted to work from home turning a proportion of owned residences into office space as we saw Stuart Robert do when claiming expenses on his Fax copier. Are they being charged CGT on that proportion claimed at sale? Will Stuart Robert be made to pay Capital Gains on sale?
