Where Wayne Swan was voted the world's best treasurer Joe Hockey and Abbott were notably the world's worst. We watched our economy slide as soon as they took control from 2nd to 13th with notably the worst Broadband system in the modern world 69 other countries ahead of us.

 Tony Abbott's government was a standout for doing nothing almost breaking the record for the rate of least Bills passed compared with Gillard's record rate and doing it with a minority government. It only highlighted the difference in negotiation ability and style of the two as leaders.

Bolt has preferred to draw our attention away from the US to the sideshow that's the UK and today the least like us. Largely because the US history parallels ours for its Colonial brutality, the slaughter of its indigenous peoples and a nation built on slavery. Ours black Irish imprisoned or indentured. America's on outright slavery.  The Civil War was meant to be a war of liberation but it failed and for 400++ years black Americans have remained racially excluded from most of it's institutions other than its jails.

He can't even begin to turn his attention to Australia as the violence he's looking for didn't happen other than what he calls ill-mannered language and shouting. He is encouraging violence. Trump is now bragging that he is in control of DC because since taking the National guard out and backed off hardcore policing the violence has stopped but the demonstrations haven't. The 11-minute video above shows a non-violent demonstration in Brooklyn because police methods were instructed to change. Trump being Trump claims it was due to him. Whereas he denies any violence was and refuses to accept any accountability and mismanagement in guaranteeing it's happening with his strong-armed authoritarian approach so admired by the "I'm against violence" corporate bullshit he puts out for fast diminishing subscriptions.

The police didn't just say that George Pell said every accusation of sexual molestation must, yes must be believed. Pell's reason the history of the church and his past was the very opposite that every accusation needed to be denied at all costs. However the LNP seem pretty pleased with their Backgammon move that only left Abbott, Andrews and Abetz the triple A conservatives mumbling.Abbott is going" to just sit back now and allow his dented and degraded legacy to undergo further tarnishing? Chicken Little is back economic and political rationality out the window and the support for Abbott's zombie measures will be in the forefront of the Bolt Report from now until the next election. As I've always said it won't be just the support of zombies but it will be the belief that News Corp can raise Lazarus from the grave again and tell us yet again he's changed. Furthermore try to convince us there is wide party room support for him.

HOW HIGH WILL OUR DEBT GO? WHY THE SECRET?

The Turnbull Government on Tuesday raised the debt ceiling to an astonishing $600 billion. But the Government won't say how high that gross debt will actually go. I tried to get an answer from the Government's hard-head, Finance Minister Mathias Cormann.

  Abbott and Hockey raised the debt ceiling 40% from $350 bill to $500 over 40% and Bolt didn't blink Turnbull has raised it less than half of that and look what little Andrew's doing returning back to the the debt and deficit rhetoric of 2014. He's certainly a traditionalist isn't he. Not living in the world of the possible still fantasy bidding in the world of the impossible. The $13billion  legacy of Abbott's pipe dream promises filed where they belong in the waste bin replaced by the possible.




 

BISHOP LOSES PLOT WITH YASSMIN

The scandal now isn’t Yassmin Abdel-Magied. It’s how this Muslim activist is used by poseurs like Foreign Affairs Minister Julie Bishop. UPDATE: My criticism is racist, complains Human Rights Commission boss Gillian Triggs, now hypocritically presenting herself as a defender of free speech. Oh, and as a victim of misogyny. Let me fact-check.

 Like a rat Bolt will scurry into his Bolt hole of Reverse, Racism Sexism, and his usual position of mordlin misery that he was the victim of our free speech laws. Bolt wasn't found guilty of free speech that was tested when he failed Section 18D under the Act which allowed him a defense. He failed because he was found to be a liar and his tone to be such that vilification was proved. He's no a victim he is the producer of vile language bad manners and no analysis He's simply an  abuser and feels he should be allowed to continue to be uncivilized. Andrew Bolt who protests about bad manners and is rarely seen without without a suit is the foul mouthed bully who attacks the person rather than the  issue because if he did he'd have no argument.

What we can look forward to is Bolt steering clear of the economy and concentrating on issues he's comfortable with issues where lack of rational analysis can be disguised simply because they can be argued simply on the basis of values where there is less need for science and any data can easily be distorted. Declaring Islam to be an Ideology and Christianity a religion is one as it allows all those arguments of the 50s and 60s against Communism to be applied to it and not the argument that our Democracy protects the freedom of religion. Reducing 73 different cultures not Caucasian or European to be dominated by a single common ideology is racist but not only that it's ignorant as well. Bolt tells us that by describing indigenous culture he not being racist either but again he is and ignorant at the same time.Hanson and One Nation has adopted that change change in definition of Islam too demanding a senate inquiry into whether Islam is a religion or not.  If Scientology is a religion  then sure as hell Islam is and the argument is absurd. Bolt has tried to redefined the meaning of Indigenous only to make himself appear even a bigger fool than he is by saying he's more indigenous than Noel Pearson and Adam Goodes.

Mark Colvin died today and Colvin was a standard bearer of journalistic professionalism and integrity who felt a responsibility to deliver information and truth as best he can coupled with the questions that didn't allow any reality to just be taken for granted. Colvin was the diametric opposite of Andrew Bolt. 



 

GREEN ZEALOT CLIVE HAMILTON: FREEDOM OUR ENEMY

Clive Hamilton, former Greens candidate and Climate Change Authority member, once suggested the "suspension of democratic processes" to push his warming faith. Now he again claims freedom is our enemy: "Personal freedoms, democracy, material advance, technological power – are in truth paving the way to [the world's] destruction."

  So what did I say above  Bolt would scurry off like a rat to his Bolt hole attacking people instead of issues protecting himslef from being sued along the way. Firstly what is  Bolt's definition of 'freedom' it's never specified where and when if ever has his definition ever existed he never says and never gives any examples. So Bolt supports Israel and says it's a Democracy despite the fact that they want to declare themselves a Jewish State and make Hebrew the official State language. Isn't that " the suspension of the democratic process"? So simply redefining Islam as an 'ideology' allows Bolt  to argue for the " the suspension of Democratic processes " and he does that vigorously. No science no data involved in this style of arguing about Climate just value and interest pursued  by organization in an effort to regain a semblance of power slipping away in a futile and losing battle between those defending the 'me' principle against the 'we'.

Bernardi on Turnbull's carbon tax: 'dumbest thing I've heard'

Liberal Senator Cory Bernardi says Malcolm Turnbull's decision to consider bringing back a carbon tax is "one of the dumbest things" he's heard and will "cause division".

So here he is back and Andrew Bolt  has him on his unrated show to prove the Liberal party like GOP is in disarray, It hasn't happened, To compound the blood lust of the Abbott Monkey Pod Room Bolt has called in Peta Credlin Lady Macbeth rumoured to be more than Abbott's ex staffer that the phone is ringing off the hook. That the death rattle can be heard through the corridors.

The problem this crew has changed the English language and turned the word Review and replaced it with Policy. They have taken Frydenberg's words the PM's and his Deputy's and blatantly lied and claimed a policy change was immanent. Problem solving is not what the Abbott government ever did and this government allowed to do.  A review to consider the success or failure of Direct Action, on  Climate Change on CO2 emissions and new technologies is not allowed because it just might put Abbott in the waste paper basket of history.  Abbott, Brenardi, Credlin and Bolt seem to feel they need to seize the day an save a static political issue an Abbott legacy and not see it as a dynamic one or a real problem to solve for Australia's future.  Turnbull or the government can't even be seen to support a new investigation withour the death rattle being sounded by these snakes yelling traitor.

Deputy Prime Minister Barnaby Joyce tells a porky about Malcolm Turnbull's planned carbon tax because his two statements contradict each other. One denies there will be a carbon tax but the other confirms it.

 

Poor Barnaby Joyce calls a spade a spade and says the government policy currently is  against a Carbon tax these dickhead conservatives claim that to even mention a review is new policy. They have found what they believe is their last stand and their  bone which they won't let go of. Even Joyce who tried to hose the issue down has got a whack from Bolt who is so one eyed he can't see that the deputy leader is on his side. Hosing it down isn't good enough this needs fuel thrown on it. If this does split the party they won't find new opportunity they will have destroyed it. This was something predicted long ago as Abbott's legacy. He was born to be the wrecker of everything he touched. 

Don't believe me follow Bolt's interpretation below never mind Turnbull is beating Abbott 6/30 in consecutive poor polls or that the government has improved since the last poll. Imagine if Bolt was doing a poll review of Abbott. 

A little perspective

Bolt never really tells you the "good news" that Austria witha a pop of 8.5 million went to the election a few days ago. Why isn't Andrew Bolt writing about it? The Conservative right wing party which Bolt thought would be indicative of conservatives winning worldwide was decimated. Not a whisper from Andrew Bolt. Austria has taken in 90,000 refugees x5 more than us and has population 2.5 times less. Yes and some of those refugees are Sudanese and Africans. Bolt doesn't mention that.
