So what seems to be argued for by Bolt's left wing nemesis is the abandonment of anything called a refugee program. Bolt actually takes it further than Sheehan who is merely calling for what we already have an immigration program. Bolt want's blanket changes to that immigration program as well. So at a time when the worlds refugees at their most desperate, starving and have nothing Sheehan wants time to cherry pick which is what our current immigration program does. The assumption is that individuals like Monis will be found out and discarded. Scott Morrison has been granted the powers to revoke citizenship of all Australians pray tell where will these discards be sent, Cambodia? We could in theory have a prison-less society. I can see Bolt smiling in my minds eye.
This is of so little importance given that Abbott realizes his defense force changes wont pass. He has far more problems in front of him when he takes on the Commonwealth Public Service with his 1.5% pay offer. How will he run the country when they take action.

Yes the Taliban have made themselves filth in the eyes of the world. However the deaths were the children of the government army forces in retaliation for their action coupled with drone strikes have been killing civilians indiscriminately. Revolutions and insurgency occur in Christian & Buddhist countries too yet we don't refer to them as being religiously driven, Myanmar, Sri Lanka are examples.

Abbott must feel comforted by attempts to elevate him to sainthood by the extreme right wing sycophants employed by Murdoch's News Corp. I however would take what has been said by Bolt with a with a grain of salt. The man is two faced and speaks with a forked tongue. Days before Abbott's 630 mill enhanced security failed to notice Monis, Bolt, Devine, Albrechectson, Jones, Haddley, were all very noticeably in chorus railing against Abbott and his stand out failures of the past 15 months. Those of the News Corp brigade seemed to be reflecting the sentiments of their 80 + year old, God Rupert who was in town and who was none too happy with his governments performance this past year.
Bolt in fact had a shopping list of personal criticisms aimed directly at Peta Credlin and Tony's office. His criticisms ran far wider than and were far more direct than anything Mark Kenny said. Bolt basically told us Abbott's organizational skills were all over the shoppe that even his ardent supporters and his team were cracking up. So how on earth can anybody believe Murdoch puppet's about face.
