Labour had a offshore arrangement agreed to with Malaysia 14 times better and more humane than the harsh conditions in Cambodia Nauru and PNG & Sri Lanka. Mallah did say something out of place was charged and paid for his crime. Over, done dusted but not to be branded for life. Bolt advocates the escalation of bombing in the Middle East and boots on the ground. He says some equally perverse things. He'd be happy to see the children of an Australian terrorist in Syria dead in fact his mate Tim Blair supports in that as well.
The ABC is a citizen broadcaster and as such is required to allow it's citizens to have a voice no matter how controversial. Nobody dares say that Abbott and Mallah are on the same page in terms of their opposition to IS. They both indirectly support the FSA and Jabat al Nusra in Syria. The US coalition are to train this terrorist group in Turkey and provide them logistic support. Yes Nusra are terrorists. Abbott can't just be a little bit pregnant he won't admit this as there's no political advantage.
The personal attacks on Mallah because he was convicted 11 years ago breaches the the International Covenant on Civil an Political Rights. Furthermore it breaks a central tenet of British Justice. If Mallah has served his time and is helping ASIO he should be praised and not vilified.

One can guarantee as does the blog below that this blog will be without any truth in mind. It is a total newscorp paywall and can't be verified or be seen to be independent of bias.
For instance Newscorp is an exemplary unbiased organization run without any political influence, truth or propaganda? However there seems a necessity to deny any similarities between Sky News and Fox News all owned by Murdoch why would that be and why on earth should it be believed?

However the constant whinge from Newscorp is merely their commercial interest showing and the complaint that Murdoch was promised more from Abbott.
Did anyone pick up on the crap that came out of the mouths of the conservative critics on The Bolt Report. Bolt said the ABC was funded to the tune of $1bill and Ciobo $1.1bill when in fact it's not. However $800 mill is not an appropriate sound byte for them.
Is Bolt asking the ABC to be a Mordecai Bromberg and judge the quality of "free speech"? If so why isn't Bolt calling on the law to intervene instead of decrying the rights of our public broadcaster. After all it was Bolt that had to face the court and Bromberg not Newscorp. How is it Ciobo and Mallah aren't up before the judge? If laws have been broken they should be tested in court. Oh Mullah is only a "suspect" & Abbott's new suspicion Bill hasn't been passed yet. Maybe Andrew Bolt should replace Tudge and Nick Carter on Q&A tonight and explain it all to us.
What Bolt's troll omits in this blog is in fact what Paul Sheehan really has to say. He is a critic of the ABC and always has been and still is but.....

A pillar of British Justice is if youv'e been found guilty of a crime and have paid for it you are once again presumed innocent. That is a human right and a cornerstone of our justice system. Bolt sees this as quite the opposite and promotes of punishment from conviction to the grave and a true believer in promoting recidivism except in the case of himself and Tony Abbott of course. Both have been found guilty in the eyes of the law and were rightly forgiven having paid.
The the bank robber referred to comitted his crime in 1979 something Bolt conveniently fails to explain in telling his story as he often avoids inconvenient truths.
Bolts omissions are frequent and his failures to explain the true facts common and often hidden. Given his source and link here is a Newscorp paywall we can be assured that the story being presented is not what it appears. The NZer who committed his crime had served his time 17 months in fact. Having done his time according to Bolt punishment doesn't stop. He should forgo any further rights and wrongs he might suffer done to him, "For the Term of his Natural Life" He must live a life of continuous prejudice like that afforded Jews and Gypsies. The one thing Abbott and Bolt focus on at the moment is doing away with the courts it's the one clear policy Abbott advocates. Doing away with the separation of government and the judiciary the keystone of British justice. Hey isn't that counter to liberal philosophy and individual freedom? What is very significant Abbott has stopped governing and really has taken on the posture of the opposition.

He seems to thinks he is the root of the WA cause and that's why he want's to bottle it. However he champions the the closing down of remote communities in WA who happen to be black colour of course has nothing to do with reasons of closure or the the practice of non consultative decisions by the government. No remote communities that happen to be white are being closed. Bolt surely wants to bottle that. Decisions need to come from the top down and enforced if necessary.

Bolt's wrong because he never puts any argument into historical context otherwise if he does any his arguments turn to water. IS prior to June 2014 were strategic allies of the West and it's want to remove the Syrian government since 2012. The war was political and simply religious. Bolt ignores that.
IS emerged due to ideological in fighting between Al Qaeda and the newly formed Iraqi Sunni IS lead by ex Saddam military rebels. They crossed into Iraq and called for a united Caliphate. Their brutality & PR was to draw idiots like Bolt to let lose the dogs of war and unify all Muslims against the puppet governments supported by the West.
If Bolt's correct and this is a religious war, why aren't the few igniting the Islamic world? Why are they still called " terrorists" by Muslims and the West alike and not "the Islamic Army" that Bolt so wants them to be? Why is Islam at peace and only at war in Bolt's mind?

2) Muslims are killing Muslims and Christians are helping them
3) Jews are killing Muslims in greater numbers since 1968
Christians, Jews, Hindus and Buddhists are killing Muslims in greater numbers but Bolt seems to ignore the fact

As for 80 Tunisian Mosques closed that is primarily for political reasons. Abbott is merely saying religion is not the primary cause of or doesn't sufficiently explain the rise of IS. Why isn't the coalition fighting all Muslims? Why do some sovereign Muslim states our allies strategically support IS Turkey, Saudi Arabia?
