It would appear as is always the case Hockey will have won very little and his lawyers a lot. However how is it Andrew Bolt's cases remain a secret or was it the fact that deals were struck. We know for a fact two cases brought against him he lost.

Abbott certainly did lead without regard for Indonesia. Even if it meant entering Indonesian waters and becoming uninvited vessels ourselves when we towed boats and people back. What a diplomat Abbott was when Indonesia cried foul Abbott lied and said our advanced navy had got lost. We never really did hear what the end result of that farce was as domestically it was an "on water matter" and all transparancy had been removed from us the good  citzens of Australia on the pretext we didn't want to help people smugglers.

So to avoid a repetition Abbott in complete secrecy paid people smugglers those we didn't want to help to take asylum seekers back. When sprung he lied and said the Labour government had done the same. A lie the Gillard and Rudd governments had never paid smugglers to return their cargo back to Indonesia which in fact was an act of people smuggling in itself breaking Australian and International laws.

As for people drowning Bowen had an arrangement to stop boats and transfer people to Malaysia a country whose conditions were so far better than PNG and Nauru. Abbott outright refused this policy and continued to have people drown rather than pass that Bill only to adopt the same policy but under inhumane conditions. Yes who is this tyrannical leader Bolt thinks we had to have. He doesn't sound Australian to me.

What was that quote said by Bolt 2 days ago " don't judge the many by the few" ? One might ask what he meant by that. 3 days for the police to arrive at a party that neighbours didn't complain about until the Palmy Army arrived.? 

Everyone seems to know who the Palmy Army are so it should be an easy job to round up the hoons who flared up simply  because they were asked to leave. News.com .au seems to ignore their involvement and focuses  on the victims. They didn't destroy their own house. The Newscorp churnalists don't even ask why all the attention is being given the family and not the deviant 17 year old asked to leave who returned with his army of hoons. Why did a party go on for "3 days" without complaint? Obviously there was none and maybe it was quite and civilized. Is it the domestic that titillated Newscorp? It certainly didn't read as violent. Pathetic and sensationalized reporting might go a long way to explain the gaps. The Palmy Army should have been an easy find.

Given Tim Blair's past record however why would anybody believe him Clementine wasn't serious. You can hear Butthead Bolt rolling around the floor with laughter as he did when he heard about Zacky's tweet about the 2 female journos.

Bolt's in one breathe rant on the ABC starts with a distortion

" its vast state-supplied resources" The lie's of Murdoch media are all pervasive and simply pollute reality. The ABC is publicly funded not state funded as Bolt keeps repeating

Bolt accuses the ABC saying Mallah was given a platform he wasn't he was allowed to ask a civilized question about the topic on hand.  Steve Ciobo responded with an inflammatory and deprecatory response which initiated a response from the audience unappreciative of the junior minister's reply which on any account was out of order and possibly illegal.

Bolt claims

"Mallah a platform, and particularly a platform to attack the Government." Mallah did not attack the government he attacked and responded to Steve Ciobo's disgraceful and personal attack. What Bolt and Newscorp fail to do is to even discuss what Mallah does represent. Mallah in fact supports this government against IS and sympathizes with the same terrorist group Jabat al Nusra that's strategically supported by Abbott as part of the US lead coalition. That's something you wont hear from Bolt. Bolt and Abbott are in fact breaking Section 18C in their vilification of Mallah using a collection of loose facts and lies. A week prior Abbott praised the ABC and Lateline for having a so called "terrorist " sympathizer on that show indicating just how this is little more than a game of politics.

Bolt and Abbott have also broken UNHCR conventions on political and human rights simply for prejudicing Mallah for a past conviction one that occurred 11 years ago. They too have convictions against them but don't suffer the same discrimination. Abbott was also accused of sexual molestation far worse than just a misogynist tweet. The only purpose of this excercise is some political poll dancing. This whole issue is a manufactured distraction and beat up to take political heat off Abbott's whose had yet another week of  non performance in government.

As with everything else Bolt suggests hold a referendum on dismantling the ABC. Let the people speak. Maybe a commission needs to be held on our media laws and why Newscorp controls 66% of our print media and runs it at a loss? It could coincide into a bribery investigation and the Liberal Party's close association with the Calabrian Mafia. It would be more revealing than the current investigation into the unions. What is the difference between a donation and a bribe?
