So who would prop up the Turnbull Government? Would they go with Labor instead?
We can only hope because should Labor win they are solid and staunch and will be there for at least 8 years. Murdoch won't be around so an ego driven business model won't apply. By that time we will have seen the end of the Extreme scaremongering Christian right wing and our electorates won't want to return to the ultra-racist ,ethnocentric, anti LGBTI and anti information culture being forced on us now. Print media will have gone and there will be many more ways with which to consume information. So lets hope Bolt's worst occurs because then there's even less chance of Abbott being re-called.
The speech that proves Turnbull cannot cope
As I said yesterday the immediate cry to bring Abbott back will begin. Whit-anting Turnbull will be the flavor of the day and the plan to bring back the Putin in the red speedos will be put into action. Of course our little Caesar on a bike will for the moment continue to wear a halo. He can't afford to be seen to be the thug he actually is.

This piece is simply self-aggrandizement with little reference to what had really occurred. Abbott was put on notice by the Party in February 2015 he was put under review to change some Party members were ready to sack him then and there. Even Abbott said he was freaked by the experience. However he was given six months to shape up or ship out. Abbott failed the challenge to change and what was promised six months earlier was enforced. Policies weren't the issue it was Abbott's personal leadership style , his office, his inability to be collegiate or strike any connection with the electorate. The Liberal Party constantly applied it's research and it was patently clear Abbott was on the nose in and outside of the Party.
As for what Bolt saying about Turnbull " And he will now be the leader of a party he cannot unite." it was simply a threat that he knew the tail of the dog would never be appeased and would seek revenge. Remember the threat to form their own party it didn't happen because that would have sent them to oblivion. Well how obvious, we have known and seen that all along.
However their power didn't just lie in the tail of dog it lay in the hands of News Corp and the IPA because in reality they just couldn't be a poor copy of Rudd . They had to ensure Turnbull was degraded and Abbott not too obvious in leading that. Nor could they lose an election because a loss to Labor might just take 8 years to get them back. However if Turnbull suffered a major loss but win a window of opportunity would be open to them. News Corp was their instrument of choice whose payoff has always been the dismantling of the ABC and Abbott was the only crazy willing enough to do it. Is this the best Bolt can offer stealing the words out of Miranda Devine's mouth, redefining them for his own benefit with no imagination of his own. The election was about unity and Labor had it in spades the LNP didn't.
The electorate knew that and Abbott threatened that unity. The election would have been lost under Abbott and he needs to be congratulated for the result we see today. He was warned in February 2015 to shape up or ship out and given 6 months by September the review which Bolt calls treachery gave him the axe. They decided his time was up. Had Abbott taken the LNP to this election Shorten would been announcing his victory last night.
We all knew that Abbott and his crew were lurking and biding their time. We saw with News Corp's assist the white-anting of Turnbull all at the behest of a dissatisfied IPA. It all spelt disunity. Because of all of that the scheming and propaganda Labor couldn't help making a come back.
Nevertheless it's left the state of play as planned and the Turnbull government at risk because the outcome was always the inevitable attempt to raise Abbott from the grave and it will now occur. How much money have they spent on free donations to the LNP's undeclared publicity budget. They almost blew it with their attack on Dan Andrews Labor didn't lose ground in Vic. But they finessed it and are now gloating today because they now have the chance to rid themselves of Mal. That is what they were always aiming for the narrowest of wins for Turnbull would set the stage. This is been a game of fly luring Turnbull into a trap. Had Shorten won it would be a possible 8 years before they had another chance. Tony is their man you better believe it because this time he will go for the ABC's jugular that's how much he is in the pockets of Murdoch and the IPA. Cat and mouse also comes to mind.
