1) The UN investigation isn't into or about a hunt for Jews at all it's is into the crime if any Israel may have committed.

2) The dilution of the facts by Bolt's seems to indicate there might be an issue worth investigating and his bluster nothing more than an attempt to hide it. Damage control that benefits nobody. It's there to make out the issue to just be a minor one. One would assume the Israelis would the first to demand an investigation if they had nothing to be concerned about. But it seems they do and Andrew Bolt is helping to throw fuel and attention on the suspicion.
 The facts 110 persons were killed and some 10,000 who were injured approx 4000 by live IDF bullets. A significant difference to Bolt's numbers of just 62 reportedly 50 Hamas. This report delivered by MEMRI TV, a noted pro-Israeli TV station in the vane of The Bolt Report.

Apparently, the bullets were used that expanded when hitting a body and cause maximum damage. The blockade ensures that without the right medical equipment amputations will be at a maximum in order to save lives.

3) Australia should be PROUD of defending Israelis from an investigation into their behaviour and publicizing those results. Bolt will, without doubt, be assisted in the art of distraction, deflection, and argument consistent with Israel's needs. So be prepared to have smoke blown in your face. AGL is entitled in a 'free market' to do what it is doing and is entitled given the limited future of global coal to close Liddel down and transition to become a player in the world's most progressive power and sunrise industry. The threats about price hikes Bolt proposes will be treated dictated by the activity of 'free market' competition of which Bolt claims to be an enthusiastic supporter. That competition will push prices down, down and down not up, up and up according to Bolt conservative theory of market economics.  For consumers, that's a benefit after all AGL isn't the only player in the market. AGL follows the logic once supported by Abbott and Bolt which now they now deny.
