HOW DUTTON WAS FRAMED FOR WHIPPING UP RACISM

How Victoria's Human Rights Commission scapegoated Home Affairs Minister Peter Dutton, blaming his comments on African crime gangs  for a spike in calls to a racism hotline. But the figures are so very dodgy. My editorial from The Bolt Report.

Bolt's dodgy figures He has ratings huge off a small base. Dodgy but true a total of 200 - 250k nationally over 5 days. Waleed Ali has around 4 million. Compare apples with apples and it turns out Bolt has no viewers. Bolt and Dutton do a negative version on what they call "African Crime Gangs" producing dodgy statistical highs for these kids making their rates of crime look huge "off a small base". The police do not support Bolt's or Dutton's dodgy stats and neither Bolt or Dutton offer any explanation as to why these figures are only significant for them in Melbourne. Is it because they are running a political campaign for the LNP and Guy in the up and coming election?
Bolt says he's not a racist no racism exists even when he points out that Aboriginal Culture is the cause of the shocking child neglect in Aboriginal communities. Christian communities by the way with more practising Christians than even Andrew Bolt knows in his own community. Yet Bolt argues Christianity protects children from abuse so why are Aborigines such an exception? They are Black and so is their Culture. Bolt has done the same and selected out Pacific Islanders as well and Sudanese all for the same reasons it's their cultures but it seems they are also black.
Bolt's dodgy stats and focus could say focus on the education of the Sudanese more and better educated than the average Australian but he doesn't. He could focus on the small businesses set up and the numbers of people they employ but he doesn't. 
Suddenly Bolt points out 12 people a week out of 6mill well why are his TV ratings so good 200k a week out of 24 million people 6 states that's 5000 at most view Bolt out of 6 million people and he's the Main Stream Broadcaster the truth Bolt is trying to sell us is his stats are the best his ratings are sensational. Sounds a lot like shyte to me given the cost. Why is Murdoch doing it PR and Propaganda and Dutton was called in to help. Dutton comes from and is an MP in Qld whose crime rate is on the rise when Victoria's is coming down and the difference isn't slight we differ by a country mile. Have we heard Bolt speak of that comparison?

Bolt reveals more about himself in his attempts at humour and his use of exceptionalism in explaining the world he lives in. Yes, there is one hand and five fingers and every finger is different. However, each finger can't be understood without some knowledge of the hand. More often than not Andrew Bolt is blind to that point and it's why he is always searching for facts that deny that fundamentally we are social beings searching for equity human rights and a fair go. Bolt amuses himself by emphasising events like this and mocking Sudanese Beauty pageants. He really is a Duke of Hazzard after all.

ABC COMPLAINS: WE'RE JUST THREE TIMES MORE GREEN

The ABC's fact-check unit has ruled as "flimsy" a claim by Professor Sinclair Davidson that ABC journalists seem nearly five times more likely to vote for the Greens. It's more like 2.4 times, protests the ABC.  Davidson shows why the ABC's defence is what's flimsy. UPDATE: did the ABC count Virginia Trioli, wife of its fact-check boss?

Bolt doesn't believe in the professionalism of journalism nor does Sinclair Davidson. Neither belief in pluralism or it seems Democracy and it's essential ingredient separation of powers. If the ABC were totally manned by people of their choosing maybe they'd be satisfied but I doubt it even then. Their complaint isn't the ABC alone but all the countries institutions being run by parties, not of their staunch conservative choice. However, the problem they face is 80% of the Australian public trust the ABC and only 40% trust News Corp and even less trust Sky after six given Andrew Bolt has less than 5000 viewers in Victoria nightly. Sinclair Davidson has an audience of even less given nobody has heard of the Cattalaxy Files. The likely hood of anybody being pro-coal is diminishing at an accelerating rate these days and so the potential for voting Green is high for all of us if their numbers increased.

WHY DID THE ABC HIRE FITZSIMONS FOR THIS HIT JOB?

The ABC is too big and biased. But it claims it is fair and cut to the bone. So why did it still have the cash and need to hire a prominent Leftist, Peter FitzSimons, to report on our deportation of Kiwi criminals who live here when he's already a known critic of our border policies? The results on Tuesday were utterly predictable.

One might well ask why the ABC hired Andrew Bolt on "Reconciliation Yes or No" Bolt claimed he had a great time and you couldn't get more stupidly conservative than him. So much so Bade a fool of himself in front of NZ's ex-Conservative PM James Bolger.

COLONISATION DIDN'T BASH THESE WOMEN

Bolt doesn't believe in history, context or social psychology passed down through generations.
His explanation for his own aloofness and simply feeling an outsider for some 30 plus years was simply "shyness" and not that he'd internalised any Dutchness and attitudes fro his family and they from theirs.
No not every case of domestic violence has an explanation directed to being soley Aboriginal however Colonisation certainly explains and provides an understanding of the generational changes that did occur with the meeting of two cultures and not on an equitable basis and the social consequences to both over 200 years. 
Aborigines became more Western over the years became Christian, less equal and were provided with less opportunity than whites coming to accept the negative ststus handed them. They began to live as nuclear families in the housing provided them. 
Domestic violence exists in all classes of Australian life and it's not exclusive to Indigenous Australians as Bolt's racist statistics indicate A High rate off a small base is Bolt's usual form not taking into account Australia wide figures. One could say Racism is extremely high among the Bolt's family of 5  20% that we know of high yes "off a small base"
The fact is Racism and Domestic violence is widespread and across all social classes, the only problem is it's more visible among the most disadvantaged and possibly a public and not a private cost. Yes, it's a social problem of course it is but it tends to be a societal one and not just an Abriginal cultural one alone. Ask a woman Bolt doesn't.
