COLUMN Sure, the Liberals have a “woman problem”. Actually, they’ve got two — which is why Julia Banks is now a hero for ratting. And it’s why Julie Bishop’s red shoes — worn when she sulkily quit as deputy leader — have been collected by a museum as a symbol of women’s “empowerment”. Boy, do the Liberals have a problem with women. These in particular.

This is a statement Andrew Bolt and the ultra-conservatives of the Liberal Party haven't learned. Julia Banks and Julie Bishop know only too well to be themselves in spite of their strength.
No conservative problem here only men unable cope with women what men like Bolt call a 'frightbat' problem. The tail weighing down Liberal dog it's not wagging today. Abbott, Dutton and the Monkey Pod room are silent scared they'll be docked. After all look what has happened to James Molan.
So Andrew Bolt is playing at being their voice. It's those Liberal women those rabid bitches that don't know what side of the fence they are supposed to be that are the pests and they need to be put down not the men. How often have we heard Bolt's misogynist voice telling us that men are the victims of these women who simply aren't smart or strong enough to be parliamentarians because being apes is what politics is all about and gains the respect of their electorates? How often has Bolt been a moron and wrong? He's a loud and broken clock that's useless but accidentally gets it right twice a day. It seems the truth of Banks and Julie Bishop won't be heard until May 2019 simply because by then neither the donors money nor Murdoch media's steam will be sufficient to save the Liberal Party from being sent into the wilderness for the next 8 plus years and Banks, in particular, will have been the canary in the mine not listened to.
Liberal women, in general, have deserted the party because of the conservative old-school misogyny. It's patently clear and that old boy's club attitude is being amplified by ultra-conservative commentators like Andrew Bolt, Tim Blair and others who have been bitching for over a decade about women in politics. Who can forget
"ditch the bitch" and what are Abbott's and Julia's reputations today? Julia Banks has proved her strength she has responded to the Liberal Party Culture in a way that's not only politically appropriate for herself but her electorate and has shown you don't have to be a bitch to be strong nor does being strong make you a bitch. She leaves behind her a party of scrapping and barking dogs and their camp followers like Andrew Bolt spitting bile and whose focus has always been backwards.

The Liberal Party has a problem it has forgotten what it is and what it represents a broad church whose members freely and openly debate and by democratically voting come to a consensus and move forward but not any more. The very opposite has been allowed to occur and in this case, the majority consensus has been undermined by terrorist thugs that simply denied the notion that voting means anything. The problem is the majority has concentrated on trying to accommodate them without ever any hope of success.
That minority is made up of suicidal mutineers and not party Liberators or heroes at all. Three years ago they were recognized for what they were incapable of leading the Nation. Abbott was, in fact, the drover's dog and the ALP handed him the reins. His rate of passing Bills was the slowest in over 70 years almost breaking that record of Gorton's the reluctant PM. His abilities as a leader were reflected in him being kicked out within 2 years by a majority vote of his party. From that moment on the dictator revealed himself.
No matter what Andrew Bolt or the Murdoch media says perception rules the vote and from Longman, Wentworth, Victoria and NSW that perception of the Liberal Party is now a millstone around their neck and a brake on the progress of the nation. Women have turned their backs on their egoistic misogyny in droves. The public has watched the loop and echo chamber of commentary from Murdoch media that spurred these Parliamentary apes on. The scaremongering and cultural division became a game unto itself wasn't listened to or represented by the crowds celebrating Dan Andrews win. They were the real Australia one reflecting the unity of our multi-racial, cultural and religious groups all united against the gaunt white faces listening to Guy Matthews concede and now fighting to blame anyone but themselves. That alone spoke for itself telling us Bolt's fantasy narrative doesn't exist and for the moment Abbott is silent watching the chaos the Monkey Pod terrorists caused. The Liberals aren't "splitting" they just let ISIL in and have to kick them out not accommodate them.
LIBS' ENEMIES SMILE TO SEE JULIE BISHOP
No wonder the independents and Bill Shorten - all of whom have fought the Liberals - are so glad to see Julie Bishop. They know she is their ally in destroying her party.
When logic flies out the door and you have overplayed the game all that's left is Whack-a-Mole a game that only Bolt plays. Fundamentally it's Bolt's bully abuse when centre stage has been moved away from him. It's what happens when Bolt's ignored and the attention has gone elsewhere.

The ABC will continue to have guests and an audience when Sky after Dark will be Sky in the Dark because promises of cuts to them will be real and made as advertisers fall away. Who will be the first to go?
You never hear the ABC paying as much attention to Andrew Bolt as He does to the ABC. Where would he be without them?
