IBAC files 55 charges over alleged education training scam
The
state's anti-corruption watchdog has charged four people with 55
offences following an investigation into an alleged rort involving dodgy
TAFE qualifications and training within Victoria's education and
transport sectors.
In December 2015, IBAC launched Operation Lansdowne to investigate
allegations that more than $2 million of taxpayers' money had been paid,
as part of a scam, to a training company for classes that never
happened.

One
of her recent cases may keep some 85,000 felons who had registered in
Florida off the electoral roll. Trump won the state by fewer than
113,000 votes in 2016.
