“Just let me know what your plan to get on top of this is and I’ll relentlessly undermine it"

Trump begging emails raise questions about 'stolen election' slush fund

Trump's post-election fundraising effort has raised concerns about its legality and true motives

Trump's perfect track record try and raise money to bail himself out of debt but not the nation

What's uncomplicated is Trump's mastery of one of the most potent political tricks: whipping people up. Love him or hate him, he's mesmerising.

Executions were 'celebrated and normalised': author of secret SAS report speaks out

Samantha Crompvoets' findings sparked the nation's biggest war crimes probe, the Brereton inquiry, a summary of which is due to be publicly released this week

The disclosures from the special forces soldiers came slowly at first. Some spoke of killing as a "sport". Others of shame suffered in silence.

As word spread among the secretive community of soldiers and spies who had served for Australia in Afghanistan, information arrived with more urgency. Some men spoke matter-of-factly; others broke down. One thread bound many of them. It was their belief that small cliques of their fellow special forces soldiers had turned bad with impunity.

PENNY WONG, BRUCE PASOE; WHY THIS SNEERING AT REAL ABORIGINES?

COLUMN Penny Wong quoting Bruce Pascoe is like the start of a racist joke. An Asian meets a white man and says: “You’re an Aborigine!” Then they see a real Aborigine and say: “You’re not.” Wong is Labor’s Senate leader, and last week gave a speech to honour Aboriginal culture and urge us to learn our “true, rich history”. But then she quoted Pascoe.

Nothing to write about idle for nearly a week Bolt retturns to an old reliable life saver he's written about or used a hundred times before. No it's not Tim Blair or Rowan Dean but Bruce Pascoe because Yassmin is no longer here. Bolt who dreams of retirement on a barge in Amsterdam and who has spent years telling us he never really felt Australian even though he was born here seems to be a victim of the mono cultural society he wishes Australia was. That echelon of Australia he works for but really don't welcome him into their homes. The educated wealthy and powerful members that still dominate the power structures of Australia. So much so Bolt prefers the Netherlands where he wasn't raised and isn't but claims to identify as Dutch. Yes Bolt prefers a city twice the size of Melbourne's population. A city far more multicultural than ours and way way more socialist. He works for News Corp and on every criteria a true  Fake.

What Bolt is is is a social climbing wannabe elitist like those he works for who don't and never have recognized him as such.. Raised by a migrant Dutch mother who felt a class above ordinary working class Australians she imprinted in Andrew, her first son's brain, that he was better than the rest. For little reason other he was a White Protestant Western European and had the right to feel culturally aloof. That was enough. Andrew Bolt wasn't the sharpest knife in the draw he didn't advance due to merit. His path wasn't education or journalistic skill his social mobility was in fact women.
Even as an investigative journalist he was a failure he hated the rigor of the work. Like most people success didn't come from merit it came from luck being in the right place at the right time. The Herald Sun didn't need an investigative journalists to write obituaries or opinion pieces and investigative journalists didn't want to waste their careers on opinion and crap. They just needed an Andrew Bolt  an aloof lazy bigoted wannabe who believed he was better than the rest a space that Roger Ailes had created in America. Andrew Bolt was one man standing eager to fill that hole or eventually get the sack.
Bolt has an archive of articles on people he has attacked in the past. When lost on writing anything relevant returns to them simply to distract or just out of laziness.

BEREJIKLIAN'S CHANGE TO OUR ANTHEM IS A CON

COLUMN I would love Gladys Berejiklian’s change to our national anthem to work. In fact, I’ll make a deal. Let me hear the NRL’s Indigenous All Stars promise to start singing our anthem if it’s changed to “one and free”. Then I’ll back that change, too. But hear the silence?

I don't subscribe to the Herald Sun but  I'm confidant Bolt's article is a disparagement of Indigenous Australians proudly identifying as Indigenous Australians. Bolt is entitled to identify as Dutch and put on Orange whenever the Netherlands compete against Australia but the Indigenous Australian All Stars aren't allowed to show their pride the way NZ's All Blacks do when they compete internationally even though they aren't all Maori's. The All Stars are Indigenous and are entitled to be proud of it. It's really Bolt trying to once again erase his embarrassment when Adam Goodes showed his pride and Bolt's white bigotry and racism stood out in relief along with the many other Bolters in the crowd.

Bolt loves to shame Indigenous Australians but he seems to remain silent  on the the war crimes committed by our SAS. It's as if Indigenous Australians have more to be ashamed of.
