ANDREW BOLT|Old Dog Thoughts |
News Corporation employs Andrew Bolt and provides him with a platform ensuring the inequality of speech. Bolt's Blog not only advocates conservative, right wing and Tea Party views it moderates out most opposing opinions which he is entitled to do. However Andrew Bolt simply lies when he says he provides an arena for fair and balanced discussion in a no spin zone. He doesn't it's all spin.

Fighting Fake News with REAL; 21/4/22; Morrison Said it; Facts 1) Morrison Lies Albanese Doesn't 2) No ICAC because Morrison doesn't trust the LNP 3) Frydenberg says "Fuck the Rules"
Morrison said it, didn’t regret it, until he read it in the…….NEWS

Australia “The Elect”
Senior Liberals have defended the Prime Minister’s comment
that he was “blessed” to have children who did not have disabilities
after a backlash. Labor’s finance spokeswoman Katy Gallagher said the
comment was insensitive and hurtful to parents and children with a
disability.
Scott Morrison's "turn back the boats" policy was a flop. Dutton wasn't laughing because the wake of the Chinese flotilla was ankle deep. These idiots actually leased the port of Darwin to China for 100 years and Morrison claims "he knows what he's doing"
While
Scott Morrison and Anthony Albanese were put to the test as to who was
tougher on asylum seekers, last night’s Sky News Leaders Debate glossed
over the gargantuan foreign policy failure which is the Chinese plomping
a navel base in Australia’s backyard, the Solomon Islands.
“We inherited 5.7% unemployment and today it is at 4% and
1.7 million jobs [were] created over the term of this Government.” (
Rusden )
That is a whopper of almost Trumpian proportions. According
to the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS), File 6202, Table 1, the
increase in jobs over the term of the current Government is a modest
531,200. That’s nowhere near 1.7 million. Clearly, this Minister is
ambitious for promotion.
If the Liberals do win they will be pushing to privatize the AEC the very body that supervises our elections. The ABC will be gone as we once knew it and companies will be put in place and in charge. Australia like Russia will give rise to LNP supporting Oligarchs grateful for being the LNP's chosen. Let's not forget they gave an $8 company the contract to run their Off Shore Detention Centers" turning $8 into a $340M asset and definitely not an ALP donor. Morrison sacked Christine Holgate from Aus Post for $22K gift of watches but didn't do anything when their new appointee shelled out far greater amounts in the form of bonus payments. No way does Morrison want an ICAC
Little wonder independents, undecideds and minor party
voters are polling almost 30%. The election campaign between the major
parties has descended from media infatuation with “gotchas” to a slather
of daily fear-mongering tactics.
Yes, I could go on pointing out the differences and it
wouldn’t soothe the nerves of those who fear that Morrison will do it
again. And who knows, he might. So with that in mind, I thought I’d
concentrate on the upside of Morrison’s win. He’ll destroy the Liberal
Party.
There is a very simple reason why Prime Minister Scott
Morrison broke his pre-2019 election promise to introduce into
parliament legislation to establish a Commonwealth integrity commission.
It wasn’t that it was attacked as being too weak by the Labor Party,
independents, retired judges and some of his own backbenchers. It was
because if he had brought the legislation into Parliament he would have
lost control of it. He knew he could not trust all of his backbenchers
to support the government’s line, and that a few of them – enough of
them – would have voted with Labor and the independents to transform his
proposed ineffective integrity commission into one with teeth, one that
could investigate the misdeeds of politicians such as himself, and hold
public hearings that could damage them politically.
Simply put Josh Frydenberg has ignored the rules layed down for NGO behavior pre- elections. No matter how he tries to spin it Frydenberg has broken the rules and he's done it with more than one charity quite possibly resulting in the dismissals of some CEOs.
This another example of just how Liberals roll
The Victorian Liberal Party set up a website dedicated to Victoria's worst roads (to attack the Andrews' government, we assume). But the main image of a road used for the website wasn't from Victoria ... it was a pockmarked road from Ukraine
What's a mere 13,000 kilometres of roads between friends?
Living proof that “free media” in Capitalism is a myth and what we
have is cash for comment MSM melee. Corporate Media at this time has
become the organ grinders’ monkeys and not the organ grinder. Would any
of the MSM not dance to where the money can be found? The money hasn’t
been with the ALP and its supporters for decades. So it’s hardly
surprising Murdoch, Costello, and Stoke’s business models are there to
attract the LNP, IPA, and Palmer to advertise on the dark and fake side
of news and information because they see their future bottom lines
depend on it. So Morrison’s lies gaffes and soap bubble promises are let
go to the wicketkeeper and are reported in Maxwell Smart terms like” I
only missed it by that much”! eg Promoting jobs at Rheem a company
that’s downsizing 30% of its workforce and sending the work to Vietnam.
AS MOST READERS will probably know, on the first day of the
election campaign, Labor Leader Anthony Albanese was asked to specify
the unemployment rate and the official cash rate, which are 4% are 0.1%
respectively. Albanese did not initially offer a figure for the cash
rate and said the unemployment rate might be 5.4% then added he wasn’t
sure of that figure. Such a response is unsurprising given that, up
until now, we have not expected our politicians to be focused on
memorizing figures to such a precise de
