It seems that if Bolt found his family or friends in a hostage situation. He'd just hang up the phone and continue to write his blog. $200,000 would be too much. No regrets is a front runner and Humanity comes dead...last. Does he really believe ransom is what finances ISIL $200,000 per head? 15 hostages is 3 days of oil ransom is a trivial source.

Bolt we must remember is deeply connected  to Aalsmere a town in Holland noted for it's  hard headed support of the Nazis. One would think he a mirror image of  their behaviour and that of ISIL's. Letting  hostages die rather than paying  for their release is just what we might expect from ISIL or would we? They have negotiated with a number of countries. What we do know is that

ISIL however sends foreign volunteers if required to the areas the coalition forces  will  bomb not their hard core supporters. Foreign fighters are  disposable  to ISIL. Bolt want's to see boots on ground to deal with ISIL but only disposable boots not Aussies...Muslims. No negotiation is  Bolt policy ISIL however does negotiate. They negotiate hostages and deal with all those Sunni tribes in order to gain the support they need to control such vast areas of territory. Because certain as hell they don't have the numbers to police it. In fact Sunni tribal self management is permitted.
