Andrew Bolt's Blog 5/2/15; am & pm Economy Blame Labour sorry it's spelt Revenue and Confidence; Murdoch hive hates the Press Council as it has standards; Keeping Abbott wont appease the voters; Abbott wants to be a possum illegal to move;

Legal journal falls to the Left

Sam Ingui's opinion piece is hardly a survey of the of  the opinions of the members of the NLS and it's NSW Law Society Journal it is merely the opinion of one man Sam Ingui  obviously a staunch conservative offering a political comment.  Bolt seems to think it a justifiable singular comment which he can use  with the nefarious intent of Golum to slam everyone as left leaning . I hope his right and Baird's position in NSW is at risk.

The editors of such magazines aren't there the moderate out all the  letters sent by their members members if they deemed relevant or irrelevant. I'm sure letters about a variety of subjects have been presented over the years and being little more than opinions. Bolt is a moderator of a blog that doesn't allow opposite opinions to prevail at all they simply don't get published.

However why Ingui is of interest to Bolt  as his old and painful  chestnut Section 18C is there. Ingui is a partner in a law firm not a silk nor judge or commissioner. Kirby, Soutphommasane, Burnside and Professor Larissa Behrendt are much more senior in the legal profession than Ingui who has some expertise in Insurance I believe. Kirby & Soutphommasand submitted legal reasons  for the retention of Section 18C , Burnside on refugee injustice , and Behrendt on Indigenous Recognition. All areas in which the Murdoch drone has an interest opposite to that of the legal opinion of the contributors. All have knowledge in these areas which happen to be current issues and worthy of legal opinion and  not just political opinion Bolt's job. Ingui actually goes on to say lawyers are a conservative lot who  elected the above  persons and placed them in their senior roles in our justice system. So they weren't chosen for their legal objectivity.

Sam Ingui's letter was on the other hand an opinion piece  the same as the letter of complaint about Howard. Bolt has deflected a single political opinion given it unjustified significance  to bag the ABC, Fairfax, and ultimately the NLSJ and N SW Law Society because it examined the legal reasons this government's policies are a mess domestically and internationally. Bolt give us some legal reasons if you can? Provide the opinions of the majority of subscribers to the journal not just one.  It seems you were GUILTY AS CHARGED AND LOOSE WITH FACTS according to the experts.

Abbott is gone … or maybe not. UPDATE: ABC pushes and pushes.....

Murdoch's Mission to privatise the ABC and destroy News and Information in Australia. Lies and and propaganda from the Murdoch Hive.

The ABC presents fact and information and is trusted by 85% of Australia. Bolt's descriptives "spin" "glee" "pushing" "abuse" are all Murdoch driven lies to achieve goals. Privitisation of the ABC, dismantling it's digitalisation  and removing truth and trust from our pluralistic society. Murdoch wants One Nation  back again but his for power and profit. A new corporate political and media driven order. Orwellian Australia. In which like Bolt we are all drones.

UPDATE
ABC spin on 7.30:

LEIGH SALES, PRESENTER: ... The ABC can identify 10 Liberal MPs who want a ballot on the leadership and another 18 who say they might support one…
SABRA LANE, REPORTER: ... (T)he Prime Minister is resisting a backbench revolt and the perception that he’s increasingly on his own.
Ten - at most 28 - of 102 Liberals MPs want a leadership spill against Abbott, yet the ABC says there’s a “perception that’s he’s increasingly on his own”? And runs carefully selected footage of Abbott sitting as if alone?
The ABC spin and glee throughout this challenge - the active pushing for the Liberals to be less conservative - is unmistakable and an abuse of the ABC’s huge power.
Reform of the ABC is not just critical to tame state power, protect media diversity and promote debate. For the Liberals it is also a fight for survival.

Can Malcolm Turnbull really do better? Remember his record

Here we have a Murdoch drone Bolt and the hive in action. If Turnbull does become leader his tune will dramatically change . But for now in fear of Abbott losing his place the lies and propaganda about Turnbull will be out in abundance. Muckraker Bolt must realize he's pushing the barrow of party disunity. If it's as bad as he says it is under Abbott then a "drovers dog" could lead  this government with more unity than Rabbott has now and in the future. As far as I'm concerned Abbott should stay all the way to the election because what you see is what you get.

Tomorrow the arrows will be out against any other suspected persos with ambition. Any wonder the Press Council wants to admonish when there are no complaints as Bolt's claims to being news man are completely fraudulent.

Economy slips again, as Labor profits from destroying the rescue

Now there is a drone elf  Peter working for Bolt. Together they suggest preventing unfair spending cuts and a hostile senate are the cause of Hockey's inability to fix our economy and not the fall in revenue, commodity prices and the lack of confidence in this government's ability to attend to business. The banks are flush with money but can't give it away even after cutting rates. The government is "open for business" but nobody believes the advertising which goes hand in hand saying we are in crisis. The drop in rates will however manage to  drive housing prices up and make the inevitable crash worse when it comes hurting those shifting their money away from term deposits.

Jobs aren't being created the 457 visa is being rorted. Corporations and the rich are transferring their profits into low tax countries like Singapore.  They are refusing  to pay their fair share of tax here and our government is idly standing by and watching.  No helping by downsizing the ATO and removing it's most experienced personnel. When Arthur Sinodinos is telling the party to do a U turn on it's policies and is no longer committing to Abbott the government is out of control. They have taken their eye off the job. I hardly think it's  Labour's doing. But then the Bolt's Blog is part of Murdoch's media hive and wouldn't buzz anything other than Labour it's Labour's fault.

Column - A word from a man inside the ABC’s mad conspiracy theory

What a load of minutiae crap trying trying to hide the obvious fact that the Murdoch hive exists. It exists globally,  it's conservative , it's collaborative and it's not  intended to be informative. It represents the specific interests and values of the conservative, monied and political class in each of it's territories why? Because that's where it's organisational business interests lie. It's interest is to grow and reduce any competitors share of the market without concern for democratic values information or truth which one would believe to be the primary concern of a news organisation. However in the case of the Murdoch hive it's not. They don't hide it as they can't they just deny it as Bolt is doing.

Press Council activists reach for a bigger muzzle

A perfect example of the Murdoch hive is to have us believe the Press Council isn't a representative body. Their right it isn't it doesn't represent a non news organisation like the Murdoch hive. In fact it represents real news organisations not faux bodies that do little more than spin for interest groups. The Press Council is about upholding standards of news and journalism which is foreign territory to the Murdoch hive.

Column - Abbott’s critics cross the line with sabotage

I notice Bolt makes no mention of Arthur Sinodinos in his pathetic attempt to put the  blame on a few malcontents. He makes no mention of how Abbott supporters are trying to push Turnbull int a corner putting out rumours that he's actively plotting against Abbott. Others annoying Bishop by not accepting her statement that she is behind Abbott. Talk of conspiracy theories the LNP is in self destruct mode and needs to pull the plug on this and it's no longer appropriate to give Abbott another go. To do so wont put anything to rest. I personally want him to stay as can't help being Labour's best assett.

Abbott is gone … or maybe not

What do you think Andrew Bolt. You think as the hive does and that's why you cut and paste the other drones. However Sinodinos is not a Murdoch drone is he. Bolt does the name Brutus spring to mind. A name that remains unmentioned for fear.

Understood and forgiven

The plots abundant to rid ourselves of pests is an appropriate metaphor it would seem with what goes on in the LNP. Peter Slipper rand foul of Abbott who was once a very close friend. The media assists to embarrass Turnbull, Bishop ,Morrison and Hockey just in case they thought of making moves against Abbott were in fact embarrassing. Abbott himself in need of complete control of the party indicated he never felt safe. Yes never fully understood or forgiven. Abbott would dearly love to be a possum right now but he remains a pest.
