There wasn't a moment of sober celebration to Bolt's words after his initial surprise of the IPSOS poll. Beneath all that crowing he wants us to believe he maintained a balanced and educated position. I'm sorry Bolt's uneducated and unreasoned not the equal of Peter Van Onselen by half. His running him down is probably more to do with quitting the Murdoch stable. The same goes for Switzer now he's left. The one thing you can be sure of Bolt isn't paid to play the ball.

Nothing had suggested that Abbott was on the rise according to professional poll analysts who were given the finger by Bolt. Everything they suggested has returned  to what was suggested would happen for the reasons the anomaly occurred. That Turnbull would be leading the LP. Over anticipating skewed the IPSOS poll.
