Submission to a board of commissars to judge a film's political suitability would be akin to film making in Nth Korea, China, or Russia. Didn't Kevin Andrews try to give away $20 mill on marriage counselling and wasted the money? Nobody was interested!! I suspect Andrew Bolt has omitted telling when the ads were to be run.
