Isolated onwhat he started Bolt has scarpered without an apology to Goodes or the 16 year old indigenous boys caught in Bolt's racist rant.
Aussie rules player Adam Goodes. Goodes was playing for the Sydney Swans against Carlton and,
having kicked a goal, did a war dance in celebration. This dance was
seemingly directed at Carlton fans nearby and Goodes’ actions have led
to vigorous debate (to put it mildly).
Needless to say, Andrew Bolt
began howling in indignation at this — an uppity Indigenous man who
clearly doesn’t know his place. However, thankfully, Bolt’s view seems
somewhat isolated, other players have been supportive and even the comments section of a Herald Sun story seemed evenly split for and against.
I would point out, though, that this occurred during the Indigenous round of the AFL — the round to celebrate the contribution of Indigenous people to Aussie rules, and to Australia itself.
"Indigenous round is a time to celebrate reconciliation and to
reflect on changes that still need to happen, and I am proud that the
AFL is part of this journey. Adam Goodes knows he has my support and the
support of the AFL."
However, probably the best comments came from Waleed Aly, who commented:
'Australia is generally a very tolerant society until its
minorities demonstrate that they don’t know their place. The minute
someone in a minority position demonstrates that they don’t know their
place, then we lose our minds, and then we say "no, no, you’ve got to
get back in your box here".'
I can only agree with Aly here — for too long white Australia has
been trying to believe that Indigenous people don’t exist. Adam Goodes
is certainly letting us know he and his people are well and truly part
of Australia.

It's little different to the bailouts of the worlds biggest banks during the GFC which continued on their way with criminal activity.

Furnbach's conclusion from his research boil down to this

This is exactly what Andrew Bolt won't do why he resists apologizing for anything. Fernbach's research merely indicated that the left is far more ready to examine the complexities of an issue and moderate their stance where right wingers tend to maintain their illusions rather than examine the underlying realities. The research really does the right no favours at all. Bolt's use of his research actually proves his point about unchangeable blinkered views. It lends a lot in explaining Tony Abbott's inability to deal with reality as well.
The research proves that Hitler, Stalin, Pinochet, Pol Pot and Franco were certain and had no doubts about what they were about. Bolt has no doubts either. We should invade Iraq , increase the bombing and send in ground troops. He also has no doubts that he wont be the one going.
Bolt has no doubts what he would do to Adam Goodes if he ran the AFL. 1) He wouldn't listen to him but give him a severe talking to and warning 2) He'd get someone else to do it for him.
Somehow for Bolt there is no right or wrong just Right and like Nike you just do it. Well Abbott certainly took that approach when first coming to government and nearly crashed and burned. He's now backing off that just do it line. He is according to Bolt turned around. Isn't this collegiate approach the opposite of what Bolt's advocating. Abbott's moved Left the opposite of what Bolt says his new found research is advocating.? Have you ever heard such bullshit coming from one place?

“lies, distortions and smears”, “fakery” and “cowardice and dishonesty”,
while giving “tacit approval” to “extremist sickos” and “playing the

insane”. You conceded that these comments included a number of

It was proven by Bolt's total
misplaced attack on Adam Goodes and a group of 16 year old indigenous kids. Bolt
didn't bother to listen to or acknowledge their story. However he certainly played the false knight to a 13 year old. He has slinked away from the issue without a
suggestion of any regret or apology.

In the world of American double crosses it pays to be careful and Iran is. That's why it is also close to Russia and China. Bolt calls Abbott's war half-hearted because we are all sitting back waiting for the USA to get" real". Iraq as a sovereign state is no longer considered even relevant in this equation. America is now being blamed for radicalizing Islam loving Australians by it's inaction according to Andrew Bolt.
You couldn't get more of a wacko response to our failures than that. It's traitorous to the coalition. It blames Obama and his advisers and has total disregard for the Iraqi government, who have always declared all they want is "assistance" on their terms. The Iraqi government has said time and time again that if foreign troops enter Iraq the war will escalate and Iraqi's such as the Shiia militia and Sunni tribes will unite with IS to fight us. Bolt simply regards what they have to offer to his equation as irrelevant. However when it comes to our sovereign borders they are sacrosanct and nobody can step over our line in the sand. The man's a maniac.
The only thing Bolt hasn't done is call Abbott a failure to his face. Instead he's taken his Tea Party stance and scapegoated Obama. Bolt is crying to let loose the dogs of war. Would he send his sons?
As reported above Bolt is eager to close our borders happy for boats to go anywhere else in our region but not here. Maybe it's about time the region ignored Australia's lack of cooperation Indonesia and Malaysia could let loose an armada of boat people.
Bolt sees no contradiction in us invading Iraq and ignoring the Iraqi government's request to keep out. How long was it we waited to get contracts signed in order to get our troops in? Does Bolt actually believe the Iraqi government will rewrite new ones. No as far as he's concerned we just invade?
We are now prepared to revoke citizenship of dual passport holders if their is another country they can go to. Has the "other" countries heard about this or are we just going to air drop them in? Does Bolt for a moment believe once a passport is revoked they will be accepted by another country? How is Tony Abbott's genius plan going to work? Recognize the Caliphate and leave them there!!! Then there's the Cambodian option pay another country. $40 mill for 4 asylum seekers is the going rate at the moment.
