The distinction between training and learning has always escaped Bolt. As does what happens on a university campus as opposed to what happens in courses and their process that goes on. The reason that this post is long it needs to be. Zealots are long winded because the are unable to proselytise in short terms as their is no logic to their train of thought. Bolt is such a featherweight. His imagination has been blinkered for so many years he can't begin to think outside the box. A drone to News Corp principles and Rupert Murdoch's politics he's not even a corporate thinker. He's a camp follower neither a leader nor necessity.
Company directors don't ask their ideas men to cost items before they present them that's why they have accountants. They don't ask drones on the assembly line to concentrate on creativity that's why they have designers. Those people have value doing their differentiated tasks. Directors don't ask yes men to come up with ideas or even learn how to work or understand the assembly line that's why they have managers. They do have yes men to echo their ideas to others who share their values but who they didn't have the time to meet face to face. That's why they have Andrew Bolt. He is their human megaphone. He's little more than a Xerox or tape player. Definitely a tool.
