Andrew Bolt's Blog 9/3/16; What Bolt really thought of Peta: Repeated Pell advertorial; The man Bolt won't name; Let's talk ratings: $$$ love Credlin or Hate Credlin he does both on the same day if necessary; Andrew Bolt says Abbott has to change yet again, but can't he doesn't have the 'ticker';

The damning silence of Malcolm Turnbull

Yes it's not surprising that Andrew Bolt above all media persons slavishly promotes the idea that Credlin and Abbott had an affair. He believes there's mileage in it. Never mind that Niki Savva  wrote about the rumor and it's effects. Bolt prefers to advertise it as a salacious accusation a beat up to use to needle Malcolm Turnbull. Frankly I'm sure Turnbull and true Liberals pay little attention to the negative spin he's putting on everything they do largely for Murdoch's sake to sell papers.

Someone flatters Bolt when they call him a commentator an opinion writer when all said and done he rarely offers opinion. He distorts deflects and disparages but even more he reminds me of the front page of a defunct paper once in Melbourne called The Truth. The Truth was quite the opposite of it's name and back then it was called the gutter press. It sold largely because it had the the most comprehensive racing form guide you could get in Melbourne. The Herald Sun with Andrew Bolt is very much Gutter Press and the banners of his blogs draw cards to anything but the truth.  Below is Boltish example

" How Liberal Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull defended former Liberal staffer Peta Credlin from a public sliming as a woman who allegedly slept with her boss:"

On 2GB, 3AW and 4BC tonight - why an urgent election from a government that’s done nothing?

Bolt seems to ignore political fundamentals that winning is everything. If you can win by doing nothing but letting Abbott the 'winner' turned 'wrecker 'stay in the game seemed ridiculously risky.

Politics is strategy and and the probability of winning with Abbott was spent so much so  his party did what they felt was necessary. Strategically Turnbull knows leaving what is on hold.  Only going to the election with policies that won't challenge the electorate is the most likely way to hold power and yes he inherited that lot from Abbott.

Winning is the only path to the future. If Bolt was so doubtful of Turnbull winning he'd pull his head in. At present he's running with the News Corp pack who for Rupert's benefit are critical of Turnbull. Never forget news was never a priority for News Corp selling media is.

Bolt is so ego driven he wasn't shy calling Steve Prices show "my show with Steve Price" It just goes to show what a team player he's not. Generosity is not this consevative's forte. Silence and doing nothing is no stranger to Bolt in much the same way it was all those years for the Catholic Church. Bolt spent a lot of time last year doing that for Abbott playing the rodeo clown when he fell off the bull.

The man who propped up Gillard wants another go

Tony Windsor is really going to be a thorn in the coalitions side. A politicians politicians unlike the careerist lawyers and accountants in the coalition. Good luck Barnaby Andrew Bolt thinks he can bring you home. Notice how Andrew Bolt does not mention Tony Windsor's name in his banner.

  George Pell interviewed

Warning this is not an interview it's an advertorial " advertisement giving information about a product (Pell) in the style of an editorial or objective journalistic article." which in fact is PR.

Adler: shame on this revenge fantasy

Adler is Bolt's tool for the day.

Remember last year when Andrew Bolt did nothing but criticize the running of the PMO his biggest issue then being Peta Credlin  and Tony Abbott's relationship. How times change when image is more important than reason.

When Greg Sheridan wrote this who applauded the loudest Andrew Bolt

"His chief of staff, Peta Credlin, should leave her position and move out of his office. The Liberal Party aches for this to happen. Credlin is a good person but she has failed utterly in her core task of managing relations within the government and between the government and the business community."

He went on to ask whether Abbott had the guts to change not only himself but Credlin

" The question is whether he has the humility, strength and will to change." Bolt

Bolt changes as the wind blows to sell papers he picks the petals and asks what should I do today love Credlin or hate Credlin where's the $$$

Turnbull’s only plan is to rush to an election at a dangerous stroll

How boring Bolt calls in the News Corp troops to state the obvious. Bolt Kelly and Shanahan make out elections are all about competition they aren't they are about strategy. Strategy to make the opposition reveal their position. Politics is about winning not by 10 lengths not by 5 but winning. All these three know Turnbull is the most likely winner but the imaginary heat being created by these three media conservatives to sell their papers is one between Abbott and Turnbull not Labour. Andrew Bolt: Malcolm Turnbull would fear a remade Tony Abbott  Cut to the chase if you read this article read the conclusion where even Bolt says it's too late for Abbott he has to change and Bolt no longer believes he can. He simply doesn't have the "ticker"

UPDATE

Bolt has added Jeff Kennett to his list and that's all this is is a list of people who it seems love to hear the sound of their own voices. None have heard Turnbull say over and over again you won't hear any announcements until the 2nd week in May. A strategy that Abbott used before the 2013 election in Nov until May 2014. This is not the first time policy announcements have been delayed for Liberal political strategy however it is the first time neocons want to damn the party for it. They are seemingly confident that Turnbull can weather their storm & they just want some traction back for the god botherers of the extreme right.

Tips for Wednesday, March 9

Everything Andrew Bolt wanted to be but couldn't and guess what he's Muslim  Egyptian and Smart.

Now that's a rating worth talking about. I remember when Bolt used to say " My show with Steve Price". I guess The Project also was" My show with Waleed"

How humble is this man who claims to be shy as?

Waleed Aly makes cover debut for Men's Style Australia

Waleed Aly has been described by Men's Style Australia as the "most important man on TV".

"Waleed Aly is an enigma in today's media landscape, considering the topics he regularly tackles, including Boko Haram, ISIS, climate change and Andrew Bolt, the 37-year-old former lawyer doesn't resort to the shock jock type tactics of the latter to garner attention. Not that he likes the attention."

" He also plays down his role as a representative of modern or "moderate" Islam as suggested by Bolt."I don't walk out on air feeling the burden of "

"representation... I don't feel comfortable with the idea of being representative… of anything! I have no authority to claim I'm representative. I haven't won an election or anything."

Aly's Men's Style cover continues the magazine's evolution to a publication focused on showcasing cultural and lifestyle issues of interest to Australian men.

Waleed Aly as he appears on the new cover of Men's Style Australia.
Sure beats that Peter Jackson's look of the 70s Bolt tries to project
