One might well ask why is Andrew Bolt protecting the very structure of the Liberal Party the Brian Loughnane sand Peta Credlins that Howard and Abbott relied on so much.The apparatchiks who seem to think they are smarter than the politicians. Well, that wouldn't be too hard and it's understandable. The ALP has a well oiled administrative structure that vets nominees that are going to represent it, unlike the smaller parties and the Liberal Party it seems. Nevertheless, the Liberals are a major organization in this country that doesn't seem to be able to get it's act together and is now yet again under the protection of News Corp.
Why is it News Corp's troops like Bolt and Rupert himself have no interest in asking the real questions about the incompetence of the organization whose management is so questionable?
We saw how the party ran Abbott and how Peta Credlin caused the backbench revolt. Calls to get rid of her were simply ignored. Those backroom suits couldn't even pay attention to whom it was forming a coalition with and yet it wants to give $1 billion dollars to Gautam Adani. Honest Gautam who you're warned to count your fingers after a handshake is well known for corrupt record in India on environmental and financial issues. Corruption fraud and media trickery of the Liberals have been well-publicized so one might well ask why all their incompetence is allowed to simply go through to the wicketkeeper.
Wake up Australia your being conned by the equivalent of a corporate Peter Foster and he was caught out fewer times than the Liberal Party

Yes everyone but the backroom is getting the blame here as if Parry, Turnbull et al haven't enough on their plates trying to represent a fragmented Party of idiots. The coffee boys and stamp lickers of the Liberal Party employed to run the organization seem to think auditing jobs are just not on their pay scale. What manage? They aren't meant to manage they are the advisers the ideas men not the clerks. Imagine who gets the blame if the wheels fall off the Bolt Report does anybody for a moment think it's Andrew Bolt? Who for one thinks he does the heavy lifting, his own research or inviting someone on he can't handle? When the shit hits the fan Bolt stays clean.

Kroger didn't "break ranks" he's the first apparatchik admitting they'd fucked up and had to fix it. Shit wasn't it Kroger that invited Bolt to become an MP and made no mention of his Dutch citizenship when Bolt said he'd prefer that rather than be an MP of a country he doesn't like.
The question isn't "How come Turnbull and Shorten don't insist on and audit" How come nobody is blaming the backroom boys of the Liberal Party? The ALP has a backroom that vets these things. The call for an audit is just trying to spread the blame rather than admitting it's one that lies fully in the laps of the Liberal Party at the moment.
Bolt's desperately trying to blame Turnbull while Kroger knows where the problem really lies and is trying to say it's as much an ALP issue. The Problem was there when Abbott was PM he was questioned and refused to answer it. We now know why they didn't want the attention. It was there when Howard was PM as Parry has been an MP for 12 years. All of these MPs took advice from the back room and told to shut up. Today it's Nick Greiner whose President however short while ago it was Loughnane with Credlin standing beside him running Abbott's PMO.
