However, they also simply lie when they say they provide an arena for fair and balanced discussion in a no-spin zone. They don't it's all spin.

LABOR'S BAN ON SKY IS POLITICAL
Column The Victorian Government’s extraordinary ban on Sky News is political censorship — justified by lies by a gang with plenty to hide. Public Transport Minister Jacinta Allan has directed Metro Trains to stop screening Sky on platform TV screens, claiming she was responding to an interview shown of extremist Blair Cottrell. That was her first untruth.
Talk about crocodile tears, of course, the government ban on Sky is political just as Tony Abbott's ban on the ABC was and still is and his continued use of 2GB is. However, do you hear the ABC cry foul and scream like a wounded animal? Sky has been caught holding a smoking gun and advertisers are walking away out of choice. Even their commentators like Craig Emmerson don't want the association any longer. Bolt doesn't mention that, does he?
This isn't just a left-wing reaction, commercial enterprises aren't defined by their politics but their money, as Bolt always reminds us. Craig Emmerson has walked off in disgust he couldn't take to the way Sky and Bolt have been behaving in recent months dancing with overtly Racists and Nazis in an effort to raise ratings. A posturing, wimpish "sorry" doesn't seem to cut it. It hasn't convinced the Australian public that the Sky opinionators and their producers have just made one single and accidental mistake. They crossed the line with policy, purpose and intent and now the country is making them pay and applauding the resultant ban, it's not just the Victorian government.
Andrew Bolt has taken his racism to another level with the imports he brought to his show. Not just homegrown ultra-Racists like Blair Cottrel but other attention seekers who liked to associate with neo-Nazi groups around the world, Molyneux and Southern. They weren't here to simply express a point of view but to put on a 19th-century racist, Nazi and hate show to make money. They weren't just singing Spring Time for Hitler to get a laugh. Andrew Bolt was jumping around like Rumpelstiltskin seriously supporting applauding and defending them allowing them to grind their heels into indigenous Australians and their culture Sky's Outsiders crossed the line and then went oops and tried a tongue in cheek apology too. Meanwhile, Bolt was in on that action too yelling foul. They didn't need to apologize. Complaints have been formally directed to the APC about Andrew and he scoffs as if rules in the public decency don't apply to him.
Bolt's yelling about injustice and lies while he's trying to normalise and camouflage his racism with crude use of falsely applied statistics on crime, immigration all of which are blatant misinformation dressed as opinion. Opinion is private yes and entitled to everyone but facts aren't they are public property. Opinion and factless garbage isn't the standard of the day the public deserves better? The GBRF has been painted by Bolt as some "Green Group" being handed $0.5 billion dollars. He did that in order to "get" Turnbull while covering up the fact that the recipients of that $ 0.5 billion were actually ex-Fossil Fuel men, IPA associates and Climate Change Deniers. That was no accident nor just honest opinion was it?
Yet again Bolt does what Bolt does try to push the argument that Sky isn't the cause of the effect we are witnessing today but the victim. Sky is the innocent victim of a manipulated public, business community and they're wrong. When Fox News found itself in a similar position and saw advertisers walk they did the most pragmatic thing and sacked those involved. Bolt's walking on thin ice then if he sees his advertisers walk and will be sacrificed when that happens?
Today's reaction isn't just political it's resounding no from Victorian's who have had enough. They should now let more of those advertisers know those who are still advertising on Sky after Dark that they are harming themselves and their brand for being in association with Sky. Bolt, after all, had the gall to even tell farmers they know nothing about their current experience that drought normal to Australia and that they have simply been panicked by religious warmers. Is it any wonder people are turning their backs when media men like him are spitting in their face?

Yes, Bolt, Turnbull does and ought to blame Global Warming for the increased record-breaking more destructive and good conditions being experienced globally. The increased unpredictability is making farming harder.
Crop yields aren't solely weather determined either strange Bolt doesn't acknowledge the role of science in farming. Guess Ag Science is a religion as well. Turnbull and farmers know they need policy changes set by the government for the reduction of these more frequent and unpredictable extremes which are forcing people off the land.

Bolt's knowledge of history seems to originate from his experience of being a satellite family and not much more he certainly is an example of a failure to integrate seemingly Australian on the outside but not otherwise. I arrived in Australia no English with my parents who spoke 4. We lived in Caulfield and in what Bolt calls a "tribal cluster" of Jews. as if we were meant to assimilate overnight and that goes back to the 50s.
I lived in East Malvern eventually and there was a distinction then between Catholics and Protestants much more than I'm aware of now but it was certainly strong amongst the kids in the area. We saw Carlton as Italian and Jewish back then and Prahran as distinctly Greek and Bolt seems to assume thing haven't changed which is bullshit. Mixed marriages abound today as they did before with Catholics marrying Protestants my brother marrying an Aussie his son an El Salvadorian my son an Indonesian. Bolt's the isolate it would seem and we have gone from being refugee migrants to part of the 1%

Well Bolt might be speaking for himself but he's certainly not speaking for anyone else we know his heart lies in Amsterdam and it's a city of 9mill 51% not ethnic Dutch but foreign and 35% not from any Western Culture and no the world isn't going to hell in a handbasket. It seems Bolt is the outsider who doesn't understand what's going on and is resisting it. The world of the past and the old wealth and power is changing and Bolt seems to have had some entre into it via his marriage. That world very much a minority seem to fear the loss of privilege a temporary privilege not absolute but acquired through social evolution that's changed countless times over the course of history but was never guaranteed to be set in stone.

I'm the victim cries the bully when the world calls him out to be what he is a conservative bovver boy. Sky News after dark is literally under a state of attack not by Cate McGregor but Australian advertisers, people who once worked for them, the Victorian government, The Jewish Community and even economically they have cost the Murdoch empire a tax write off of some $3 billion and Andrew Bolt is trying to deflect attention away from the fact that it's he that's had the complaints directed at him sent to the APC. It's not Cate McGregor Mr Bolt. She just may have seen the light recently just how little margin of difference is accepted when dealing with the recent attitudes and narrowest of opinions of Andrew Bolt. Not so much in fact can be said of Tony Abbott. Abbott has a history of accepting what's dished out to him deserved or not without crying victim as Bolt does here.
Bolt's ran aground a number of times were friendship has turned to bile. Miranda Devine comes to mind.
Bolt might wear a suit and call himself mannered but we've heard him at his worst on many an occasion. He dragged his son in when he was guest on James's IPA sponsored podcast cackling on the idea that the Sudanese could possibly have a Beauty Contest and he has the gall to say he's been dehumanised Abbott doesn't whinge like Bolt or cry victim he simply thinks and seeks revenge.
Cate McGregor hasn't a list of public complaint but has a list of support from voters on both sides of the fence.
