Fighting Fake News with REAL 30/1/21; Corporate Government and bad behaviour.

Right-wing governments are a threat to both U.S. and Australian democracy

Conservative governments in the U.S. and Australia have caused a decline in both social behaviour and the global environment.

Lai Xiaomin was sentenced to death for taking bribes.

Former bank chief executed in China after bribery conviction

Lai Xiaomin was executed on charges of taking bribes in an unusually severe penalty for a recent corruption case.

However governments in Capitalism more often than not turn there backs on Royal Commission  findings into banks and Corporations but not so the Unions.. Has any directors ever been jailed or lost their bonuses? Fraud seems to be the principle driving force in Capitalism and our governments protect it. While every effort is made to reduce spending on the five pillars of welfare.

FAKE NEWS

WAS FLANNERY RIGHT ABOUT THE DAM? OR ARE THESE TRADITIONAL OWNERS?

Once Leftists claimed global warming would dry out Sydney's Warragamba dam. Alarmist Tim Flannery in 2005: "There's only two years' water supply in Warragamba Dam… If the computer models are right then drought conditions will become permanent." Today the same newspaper quotes Leftists saying making Warragamba dam bigger will flood sacred sites.

How do you begin to have a discussion with a man who maintained that the planet was cooling since 1998 for some 20 years. Someone who unlike Flannery has no regard for the word 'if' when placed before a proposition. Someone with no regard for logic. You don't! It's Bolt whose standing alone on a street corner denying Climate Change is nothing to worry about. He just happens to have a bigger loudspeaker than Flannery. However he's fast becoming a loner in a country that claims the world of science is wrong makes mistakes and interest driven policy decisions are a better way to go. That their opinion is 'right' just because it better serves their pecuniary and political interests.

Scientific modelling doesn't declare itself to be 'right' it's indicates trends and probabilities on the evidence collected. Trends are the patterns being indicated. Bolt on the other hand spends his time offering nothing but denial on what he says are faulty models because of a single mistake. Strange that science agrees with him but has moved on. It has a methodology whereas  Bolt has none and only looks backward and never addresses the overall 40 years of evidence and data that shows the planet hasn't been cooling but warming and 'if' that's the case and continues to the probability of catastrophe is becoming greater than his simplistic dumb-arse denials (ODT)

Bruce Pascoe

HOW WIKIPEDIA PROTECTS BRUCE PASCOE’S UNTRUTHS

Bruce Pascoe's book Dark Emu is an error-riddled (to put it mildly) fantasy which claims, against all evidence, that Aborigines were not hunter-gatherers but "farmers" living in "houses" in "towns" of "1000 people". But check what happened when Peter O'Brien tried to amend Pascoe's gushing entry in Wikipedia to mention criticisms of his work.

Andrew Bolt with little or nothing to write about is totally obsessed with Bruce Pascoe. One would regard his mental dysfunction as evidence he's a member of QAnon. He certainly shows the same level of paranoia.

The fact is Pascoe isn't the only researcher or historian showing the History that Andrew Bolt supports to be wrong. There are today towns in Victoria with less than 1000 people and yes they are regarded as towns. Because Pascoe has so much support Bolt needs to gather the numbers that support him and he will be amazed as to how fewer and fewer there are. Maybe he can't find that support.

The Egyptians had no written history but there tales are recorded in songs and stories handed down to families for ten generations to be told and sung about. Guess Bolt woul refuse them as being evidence of Egyptian History as known (ODT)
