Friends remember ‘extraordinary’ woman who claimed rape by cabinet minister
She was a brilliant teenage girl, clever and capable, with the world apparently at her feet. Then her life changed.
Prime Minister Scott Morrison said on Monday the accused minister “absolutely rejects” the allegations.
“She was extraordinary,” said Jo Dyer, a literary festival director, who had known the deceased woman since they were 15 years old.
“I first became aware of the complainant’s allegation that she had been raped some years earlier, by a person who is now a senior member of the federal government, in December 2019,” Mr Mulino Labour MP said in a statement.
“She indicated to me that she was determined to proceed with a formal complaint and I supported her in that decision.”
Another woman who knew the complainant as a young debater described her as “very very clever”.
“She was an outstanding debater,” the woman said.
“She was quite a shy person. She was not the gregarious person you would associate with a great debater.”
Andrew Bolt on the other hand was quick to degrade the woman ( the misogynist he is actually wrote "women") as having no credibility because she was dead and mentally ill. If that were the case Christianity wouldn't be with us today. Christ would have been just another human deadbeat on a cross. A piece of Bolt's human detritus.
Bolt claims the real victim here is the unnamed MP. Imagine if this article had the power and privilege given Bolt's platform. That he Andrew Bolt was the personal friend of this woman knowing her since she was 15 as these people did. Melbourne and the Herald Sun would have been served much better and a case worthy of investigation encouraged and justified out of respect for who this woman really was. Not just some of Bolt's human detritus. Statistically how many men get accused of rape if members of the elite and power class? It's why an investigation should occur where Bolt says it shouldn't.
It's that point that Bolt makes and flips that men in powerful positions shouldn't be investigated but should automatically be presumed innocent because of their cultural capital.They have "more to lose" and Andrew Bolt believes he walks among the Teflon class. Scott Morrison agrees yet he believes in that deadbeat on the cross.

It's as if it was his and not Julia Gillards a system which he and the LNP he fought hard against. A system definitely not applied to JobSeeker yet applied in some incompetent way to Jobkeeper. Sky News host Andrew Bolt says the recent accusations being made in Canberra show that no one is safe from “being destroyed” merely by an allegation
Andrew Bolt doing what he accuses the media doing speaking out as if he weren't the media and attacking a female journalist for empathy no for having written a book on George Pell and being a member of the ABC. The ABC that actually kick-started Bolt's career on our screens.
Andrew Bolt basically treats "women" and currently this one in particular as a human detritus. He sounds like a eugenicist she committed suicide and was mentally ill end of story. For Bolt cultural capital is there to coat the elite and powerful with Teflon and in this case to be left alone why? Because they have more to lose. In fact in our society that is what tends to be the norm and any effort to suggest it's wrong id dangerous.
We can be assured Andrew Bolt is running this class protection racket because the woman concerned isn't his wife or daughter. However there are others who knew this once girl now dead woman far better than Andrew Bolt and claim she deserves justice.

Twitter ‘manipulated algorithm’ to silence Donald Trump
Tech giant Twitter very clearly “manipulated the algorithm” to push down any tweets related to Donald Trump’s CPAC speech, according to Sky News contributor Daisy Cousens.
Andrew Bolt the great manipulator of information makes a really idiotic and moronic point that a manipulation has been manipulated. An algorithm is by definition a manipulation a moderation just as Bolt has been since he was a failed journalist. Given polls taken at CPAC showed only 55% of attendees want Trump to run again or lead the Republican Party Bolt should have claimed there was a conspiracy at CPAC itself and not Twitter. That might just have been newsworthy.

No political politeness is what Morrison practices seeming to declare "we" are all to blame when we aren't. The worst part of the Aged Care Bill introduced 24 years ago has been in the hands of the LNP and not "we"11 years of John Howard and 8 years of Abbott/ Turbull/Morrison/ and Morrison was present for all of those years. Some people were given licences to run Private Age Care Facilities and the profited enormously from them because the accompaying regulation was a failure and that was the management by the LNP. Cost/Profit was prioritised over service/care. The principle neoliberals and economic rationalists allow to run rife and provide the worst outcome as a result. "We" had nothing to do with this other than elect this current government.
A recent example was an almost declared bankrupt was given a licence to run an Aged Care Center. he accumulated in less than a decade a profit of over $55 mill that can only have been achieved through this governments mismanagement. There are numbers on numbers of stories where government incompetence has allowed massive scams to take place. So cut the "we" and say the LNP
