It was a deliberate act by Amazon to halt sales of the book and drive it down the rankings.

Just when I thought I couldn't be any more horrified by the support our world leaders are showing the Israelis for their GENOCIDE against the Palestinian people, they horrify me even more. They are DISPICABLE
