I thought the Greens were a party for the young and permanently irresponsible - for people who demand plenty of others but nothing of themselves. But I thought this irresponsibility was best seen in their policies. Now a string of scandals shows it's to be seen in their people. My editorial from The Bolt Report.

Bolt is doing his best to deflect attention away from the losing policies of the Libs how?  By playing the man. Never mind the scandals in the Liberal party revealed over these past 5 years like a row falling dominoes not just a single kind but potpourri, a variety, a smorgasbord of embarrassments so it isn't surprising watching Bolt from Murdoch Liberal and IPA PR team just sling mud. There's an election on so get the dirt file out not on the ALP but the Greens. The axiom is ignoring your client's failures and your own. and trumpet their personals in tabloid fashion. Remember Abbott and how he approached elections, destroy everything at all costs forget the policies if need be and just ditch the bitch.
 LNP party member's financial corruption went so deep they were caught stealing from each other with Eric Abetz hiding the fact from the Victorians. They turned cannibal on their own as in the case of Peter Slipper and then dumped Mal Brough. Their record-breaking snouts in the trough had Tony Abbott declare it was the fault of the laws, not the Liberals breaking those laws. Their misogyny is well reported and has been defended or should I say denied by Bolt how by attacking the women who sounded the alarm. Ministers were dropping like flies from one moment to the next. 
So why is Bolt out to disparage the Greens? Their preferences of course and they're rocking the boat in Warringah a lot more than they were in 2016. "The 2016 election saw Abbott win with 61.55% of the two-party preferred vote against the Greens’ candidate. His primary vote saw a 9.19% swing against him, dropping to 51.65%." Guardian. After Wentworth and with a 30+ push to oust Abbott within his own Party he's no longer certain as he once was. 
 The Victorian election is coming up and Matthew Guy isn't looking too robust he's on the nose with a history of scandals behind him. The people of Australia and Victoria Liberals are turning Green and have decided the planet is warming that there is far too much CO2 in the atmosphere because we are burning too much coal. Bolt knows his pro-coal lobbying is falling on deaf ears and even conservatives are leaning Green. So he's diverted from policies to personalities to drag the Liberals away from that Warming Party they might vote for when not voting Liberal and that's Green. Remember when Bolt used to tell us how moral and well mannered he was that he refused to attack the man. It was Bill Shorten back then and it was his policies that need attention not his personality. How two-faced is he now? How desperate are they now with no Libs running in inner Melb.

Bolt doesn't seem to get it does he wasn't found guilty of Bindi's opinion. He was found guilty of being loose with his facts that they were false and his articles carried a tone that was deemed vilification. His defence as a journalist under Section 18D of his freedom to lie and vilify as a commentator failed. Bindi's opinion doesn't prove him innocent. How is it Andrew Bolt didn't appeal the decision at the time? Did Murdoch's legal defence team turn him down?  How is it he has never said he was pissed off with them?
As for the philosophical contradictions, the psychological dialectic within us all being a reflection of the social reality in which we live doesn't mean Bolt's innocent in the eyes of the law. It just says he refuses to admit to his left-wing, feminist, gay, sides and evolve or allow others to either.
His articles "which can't be published" which Bolt has cried over and over and over can but he won't test the water and News Corp won't defend him. It doesn't mean his opinions have been frozen in time. That's just the posturing of a man who like Bindi also knows he is guilty. Again I ask why didn't Bolt appeal justice Bromberg's decision? Bindi handed the decision over to the courts as did Bolt who could have apologised at any time but didn't. He too in his smugness handed the decision to Mordecai Bromberg as well. Stop squirming Andrew Bolt. What is amusing Bolt insists he's indigenous too but doesn't take anyone to court who says he isn't.

When peaceful  protests started in Daraa against the government which provided no assistance they were dealt with so harshly it became the trigger for the civil war which we ignored until now. It's origins a climatic crisis and the displacement of people. Climate refugees that Tony Thomas has chosen to simply ignore.

Like Bolt Thomas takes figures based on the accelerated rate of warming at that time. A considerable amount has been achieved to reduce that rate. Consequently Bolt and Thomas refuse to take in the dynamic nature of global science and expect some sort magic to come true. They complain because predictions made some 20 years ago havent eventuated. For them science of yesteryear needs to be the predictor of today without any variables in between time. Their expectations simply show they have a feeble notion of what science in fact is. How often has science raised funds for research and failed? For these two News Corp whiz kids all it means is science is a second rate source of knowledge more a  false religion than the best methodology we have to understand the world around us. 

Yes Oxfam recieved $$ and yes they outsource fundraising. Is Thomas suggesting they are fraudsters among charities and really just enrich themselves. How is it the information Thomas collected to slag them off was so readily available and published?

Bolt loves accusations by innuendo & threat in order to create fear. Europe is being "overrun" and "invasion" is occurring by "illegals".

What Bolt doesn't do is report that  if Germany takes 800,000 refugees it would be 1% of the German population and many rural German towns like Australian ones are ready to welcome them. Sweden already does that 1%. The population of Iceland are volunteering to take 3.3%. However Tony Abbott  for domestic political reasons maintains we are "the most generous country in the world". Just as he  tell us we are the most active in its RET targets. The Canning by election is near so these unashamed lies are his tools of trade. 

Having been internationally regarded as a pariah against Muslim asylum seekers Abbott will tell Canning we are the best and we will be  assured  to be kept safe by being the only country in the world to override any decisions the UN makes  and it won't be about who are the most needy. Of course he won't be able to tell us who  why or how ASIO staff  sent  will make those decisions for us. 

Given that the Australian electorate has been told for the past 2  years how dangerous Australian Muslims are and that the poll taken  by the LNP shows Canning is now definitely anti Muslim even though never having met any, Abbott will  let it be known we will reject Muslims wherever we can and take Christians wherever possible. "Junkie parade Lalor" hasn't the funds to consume  all the drugs nor has the working class of Australia. Drugs are consumed across all classes. Not everyone who takes them becomes addicted in fact a minority do. It is however associated in some cases as a trigger for those predisposed to mental ill health. The wealthy have the means to tackle the problems privately and do which is the main difference whether drugs are involved or not.

Why isn't there a war on Alcohol it is the biggest trigger for psychotic  violence more so than "ice". It too is not just consumed in "junkie parade Lalor". It's also found but  hidden in Malvern and Toorak where the $$$ are and the lager profits are to be made. Psychosis is truly secular and classless but not gender less when it comes to domestic or physical violence.
