This is not the way to save two lives

The case of two herione smugglers could have been forgotten in time had the AFP charged 9 kids for conspiracy to smuggle. They could have negotiated with the Indonesians to have them arrested in Australia. However none of this happened. As a consequence we are were we are.

Abbott hasn't changed he has only one 1 gear tactless. The man hasn't changed an iota The Indonesian  Ministery spokesman was as diplomatic as possible under the circumstances. He recognized it.  Bolt is right and shows his diappointment. However he still neaks in the apologist's  benefit of doubt ,yet again. How often can you keep doing that? Or how often will you keep doing that. How long before Murdoch turns his thumb down?

The Prime Minister of Denmark is totally ignored by Bolt  She openly declared that the event was not a conflict between the  West and Islam but one between the Danes and a violent young man. A young man known to the police and with a history of violence and an association with criminal gangs who had recently got out of jail. Respect for the head of the country the respect Bolt wants us to give Abbott no way. Her statement is totally omitted in Bolt's report.

Bolt chooses to ignored her and the Danish police who identified him in a cafe. Shock and horror they just might be telling the truth about the facts.

 It's for the very same reason Bolt totally omitts  the murder of 3 Muslim students in Chapel Hill Nth Carolina because it does not fit his narrative. Bolt is like the bent cop only selecting evidence which proves his case not taking any interest in facts that just might disprove it. Such as Hassan was known to police he was known for associating with  criminal and violent gangs. He was not known to associate with any terrorist groups or groups associated with terrorism. He was not an immigrant. All things Bolt chooses to ignore because they are  inconvenient truths.  On a mission to create Muslim hate in the minds of his readers he can't Tell the story as presented by Danish authorities.  He make it up with selective omission and misdirection. How on earth does he derive at the conclusion the NYT is leftist? Oh yes it competes with the WSJ a totally unfair and unbalanced Murdoch rag. 

Bolt  pollutes our atmosphere. He  is the perfect example of why our current media rules  don't allow  for   Orwellian outcomes . As long as there is an ABC in public hands the Murdoch's of this world won't have access to all the tools of influence.

 One seems to wonder why Bolt feels the need to teach Muslims the nature of brutality when it's their people that are on the receiving end. Bolt always asks where are the Muslims condemning the brutality. All you have to do is look at footage from Amman Jordan and it's clear. Bolt isn't just inaccurate, he is extremely offensive, misleading and in fact dangerous. Bolt  is ISIL's media arm in Australia he promotes and dangles their achievements before us. They need a platform and Bolt provides one.

Two Governments rule Australia. One is killing us

Wow Bolt's cry for a one party state how Orwellian. Do you ever tire of the Murdoch press team handballing their mirrored opinions to each other. When I was running a business I didn't realise just how tight this team of Murdoch's was. I was too busy running a company and paying taxes. My accountants weren't employed in the tax avoidance industry which this current government seems to support. I was productive and proud of it. I didn't realise what unproductive really meant until confronted by the Murdoch press and in particular Andrew Bolt it's biggest waste of space.

I discovered Murdoch press and it's Orwellian desire of total control, it's want for a one party state 18mths ago. Abbott's cuddling up to Murdoch and Gina and Bolt going on about what a great guy he was who just needed a little benefit of doubt. I just got sick of being spat on. Abbott , Bolt & Crap is Murdoch's  ABC. Where Abbott and Bolt are totally disposable and that's the one thing Rupert and the rest of us agree on. Thank god for the Senate.

The pension is a charity, not a right of the wealthy

I have only agreement with this. Alan Jones articulated it on Q & A. I'm a self funded retiree and have no gripes at all. The interest rates well I think if they push money into shares and property  they seem ok now but their will be an inevitable crash and that self retiree money lost will have been ripped off. 

 What I do find irking is if the government signs the TPP. It will mean governments we can be sued for  Corporate profit loss  that decisions like plain paper packaging a decision of public interest will be disallowed and we the people will be taxed for the corporate loss. Yet the government can drop the interest rate to 2.25% force retiree funds into risky areas and when the inevitable reversal happens we have no equivalent rights. Bailouts are a one way street and the TPP is an agreement for the 1%. The concept of risk belonged to business not citizen. Abbott is encouraging the reverse

Tony Abbott continually begs us for the "Benefit of the Doubt" Give him another chance is Bolt's Murdochian chant. How many times have we heard it in the past 16 months. It's a beggar's operatic swan song but the beggar stays center stage. 

Here we have Bolt turning feral on a minister because he can't perform Jone's trivial and yes trivial pop quiz. Abbott was in Canadia when Bolt ran apologies for him Canadia by the way is a country and not a micro set of numbers. 

Bolt strangely enough is making Bowen a media scandal reminding us just how ridiculous Abbott has made this country look this past 16 months. He even made it to the John Oliver show in the US because he was so funny.

Why are the current young generation of Jews turning their backs on Israel for it's treatment of Palestinians  in Gaza and the treatment of Israeli Palestinians at home? Why are the hard questions avoided? Why does the daughter of the head of Mossad speaks out against her father? Why does a body young Israeli's in the secret service speak out about the illegal activities they are expected to carry out against their own citizens and are prepared to be jailed for the truth?

  Why if you  go to India,Thailand,South America do you find young Israeli's gone from their homes and families not as tourists but as emigres to live and raise families away from what was once home? These questions are never answered left silent.

 Likud represents 16% of Israel and Bibi  the creation of fear and the ghost of the anti-Semitic past is a great tool for someone approaching an election. Raise the spectre of Anti-Semitism in Europe create fear, promise the welcoming arms of Israel and you have Likud's electioneering drive.
