We keep hearing it's not about Revenue from these Austerity Freaks it's about spending . McCrann has said it last week. Don't bother chasing lost company tax dollars. However the problem is the Howard government brought revenue down to 21% of GDP from 25% and we are feeling the effects. So now Mc Crann has turned around and has admitted as much. McCrann would have us believe that the Howard years when Howard was cutting taxes saw revenue at a consistent 25%. How is it he's the one out of all the economists that says this. It was Howard that resulted tax revenue dropping to 21 % well below even the Whitlam years of 24%. It's why "Swan saw them fall to below 22 per cent, and they have struggled to get back to 23 per cent" Is McCrann intentionally blowing smoke? Howard tried to buy himself another term and dumped the 21% Revenue on Swan. So with telling Hockey to forget the transnationals, forget taxing the rich, what will Hockey be selling us? Abbott has said a dull budget with no fixes left to do but the opposition to blame. We've reduced the deficit by 50% anyway given the Treasurer's Intergenerational Report. Yes the Treasurer's not the Treasury's Report they deny having anything to do with it

Here is the man who has for the past 18 months telling us he had his ear in the Prime Minister's Office. He new it's workings inside and out he was the man , the go to for information. Yesterday he cried like a wounded beast "who hired Dr Karl" and " has Tony Nuttal got the job?"
Today he has to get his information from the Herald Sun his own ever so untrustworthy Murdoch paper. However do we get any new information from Bolt that we didn't already know? Amongst all the hysterics, he tells us as if it's his and his discovery alone that,

Never mind that, the IED was for the sole purpose of future Liberal Party Interests to leave as much damage behind as to make it difficult for Labor to clear the decks.
Everything else Bolt is trying to say here is distraction. As the Herald Sun is not a news paper I guess we'll wait for a better source of information

Given corporate loyalty is only to it's bottom line and that there is neither a concept of "national interest" nor "good citizen" built into their ethics. How can sovereign states and their leaders ensure citizen rights and protections without regulations? Businesses don't trust sovereign states and they too want rules set down in contracts as shown in Napthine's disasterous East West side contract that's now holding us to ransom.
