Again Whitlam changed education threw money at it and errors where made but that flood of money changed Australia for the better in ways never imagined. Human endevour policed does not make fertile ground for invention. The Melbourne Comedy Festival didn't become the third biggest in the world because there was a George Brandis supervising it. As far as Bolt is concerned there are no exceptions. Exceptions are the rule and not just human errors. Bolt doesn't apologize for anything yet is totally wrong very seldom right. Consumed by mistaken beliefs which are now his rules he's just wrong but never the less a propaganda tool .
