Bolt's banner can anybody make sense of what he's saying? Bill Shorten in opposition is not required to do Abbott's homework for him. Abbott is however required to put this governments costed proposals forward for examination. Yes and it's the responsibility of the Senate to listen to arguments for and against and be the judge. It's not hard if everybody is operating from the center.

No sources to offer a stream of disconnected conciousness by Andrew Bolt no, and his crew maybe no!! However nobody could expect this stream of connected ideas to flow from this dude. Why? Has anybody noticed that it takes a week of blogging of small ideas that he collects and puts into a column? That those same inane ideas are the corner stone of his Bolt Report. The only reason his panel on the Report exist is presentation to repeat a tired week of ideas week in week out on a one way street. Basically it's called conservative media a sell not a discussion.
Well are we to imagine there is a fresh energy and a change in Butthead's one big no here!! Why? His diconnected thought stream reads like a team of disconnected ideas and not a response to anything really listened to. It's just all about arriving at an already smart arse conclusion "Yes Really". Just follow it and you will see it's so contrived. There is no argument , there is no thought process, there is no reasoning, there is just Bolt the preacher, the salesman, the consevative party drone, that only wants to say Yes Really!!!! Bolt in fact says sweet FA for Australia but has put out some verbal vomit against Collingwood or any opposing team. There is no reasoned principle here just a team cheering in a negative sense . However LNP is never certain of that cheering at the moment they are confused because of their massive Jump Left!! What to do to control Abbott?

Abbott's not just offering less he's blaming these women for "Double Dipping " basically calling them out as criminals, "Shaming Women" .

What's Bolt saying here that it's the Nepalese problem they chose to live where they do. That the Rohingya chose to be Muslim in a Buddhist country. Tow back the boats. Bolt has the choice of being heartless or compassionate these suffering people are faced with cold hard facts. We have chosen to cut our Aid budget to 0.22cents in every $100. Does that sound compassionate?
To turn around and expect to make generalized decisions from a few specific cases is gormless and totally without compassion. Do you stop unemployment benefits because 2% of recipients aren't deserving? Do you increase surveillence and costs to police the 2% and as a result punish those that are deserving? Bolt makes the issue one of crime and punishment rather than 150,000 jobs for 750,000 unemployed. The 750,000 have all become suspects to be reduced at what cost?
You won't hear it from Bolt but LNP, Abbott, and Hockey Budget is a giant leap to the Left and like the Rocky Horror Show they have just done the Time Warp. They now look like the Turnbull government and not Abbott's. However who is Abbott in this comedy and does he have a role the Australian public are entitled to know because it's definitely no longer the government they voted in. Bolt believes in the bias of the ABC has he complained to the APC? After all isn't this the peer review body elected by the industry that should handle complaints about the media or should there be a government controlled body? he doesn't address this if he did he'd just whinge even more. Where does Bolt's list of whinge actually wind up other in our face. He does drone on and on but then that's what advertising is all about. Negative advertising of the Abbott kind was effective after all. It's what brought this government to power, nothing positive was ever proposed. It's why they have been in such a mess.

As for Rosie Batty she could have been on any media and stated her opinion and is free to do so. What on earth has it to do with the ABC after all Bolt was once on the Insiders were his comments scripted no!!! They are on the Bolt Report.
Does Andrew Bolt really believe he earns his $$? He happened to be in the right place at the right time and now he merely gets a lazy commission for what he does. Does he really believe he is the best of the best in journalism? No he's merely in advertising and PR selling a dodgy product with the promise of steak knives as a give away. He's a familiar and it's the only reason he's in the position he is, a dull anchorman for a PR company.
Outside of that Bolt as much as he would like to won't reveal the commission he gets on sales. No for just being there, his ratings are so so bad. He's a little like the step father Jenner of a Karadashian who gets paid for doing little or nothing. Is he a transition trannie having a sex change,that would be something. Bolt would hate to be a woman he wouldn't take maternity leave as it would put his privileged position at risk. His blog when on holiday isn't handed to anybodyneither is his Bolt Report. The Bolt brand is held tightly because it just might be regarded at risk if given to somebody else.
The ABC however is full of what Bolt isn't journalists hard working investigative prize winning journalists that provide questions and probing news on and in the main on every aspect of Australia. They do this not for the government but for us the tax payers. The government is merely the paymaster the money ours. The ABC's primary aim unlike Bolt's is to provide news not the illusion , distortion or deflection of it from core issues.
TASS and PRAVDA are Putin's Press and are state controlled Russian media. They are a model of what Abbott would like the ABC to be except privatized. It's what Murdoch would like in his stable as well however without the unprofitable bits. A marriage struck in heaven the LNP and a PR press wedded to a Conservative government with the sole aim to promote the excellence of the current free market system allowing or ensuring that the distribution of wealth is always in the main up. Now imagine if Abbott could only wrest control of the Senate this country would truly be a corporate state one with a media to convince us otherwise. Oops! that's what it is now isn't it? In Bolt's narative you need to ask whether Hockey is saving the bacon or delivering Australians a gift to hide the ransacking and looting to come? Abbott was right when he said $185,000 is not much. It is a lot if your in the bottom 80% earning 4 times less. However the top 10% earn closer to 20 times more than the average and you can even double that if you take capital gains into account. Capital gains are out of reach for 90% of us. Furthermore the sky's the limit for the top 1% with all the perks and benefits available to them which was not touched in this budget. A surgeon gets $385,000 per year. It's not much when put next to what the top 1% are able to earn and avoid in tax.
Andrew Bolt scoffs at the media for promoting Morrison over Hockey the hypocrite was one of Hockey's biggest detractors in favour of Morrison.until this budget came out. He's such a blowhard now accusing the media of a turn around.

However nothing has changed except it's gifts all round behest of the LNP but it's still Labour's growing debt as far as the horizon and beyond and as far as history can record. LNP never increases debt only reduces it and the bacon Hockey is carrying really extra Labour debt disguised according to Bolt. The truth is Abbott has jumped to the LEFT and into the moderate LNP camp. He's stolen Turnbull's space and now is begging Shorten to become bipartisan. Shorten should have been there first and asking the same and he needs to accept that.
Bolt really doesn't believe in history particularly of the indigenous sort but to stretch the porky he goes back 23 years for evidence to accuse the ABC of bad behaviour. He was probably working for Labour then if anybody can remember. Well who does he believe is listening to his disconnected fantasy which actually shows the ABC has played the devils advocate to all governments which in fact is it's role. Bolt throws out a fascist and Putin like threat when he states the obvious " the ABC might consider that declaring war on Liberals may not end well."
Murdoch's boy knows fully well it's the ambition of conservatives to destroy the notion of any serious ,independent,probing news service as what they need is a privatised PR office of the Murdoch kind. One that isn't required to ask the hard questions of them. One however that enables total control of mainstream media as Newscorp has now with 66% ownership of print in Australia. Abbott and Putin really do have the same ambitions for their governments and that's Control Media, an increase National Security, also Defense and to assure supporting Corporations and Oliagarchs that they are secure by getting rid of inhibiting regulations. The Victorian Budget is in surplus even though being held to ransom by Abbott allocating only 8% of GST revenue to the state and a kickback of 37% to NSW. It's called Punishment Park but that wont last through to 2016. If Abbott believes he hasn't a hope in Victoria it probably will. However YOU WONT HEAR THAT FROM BOLT.

Wow has anyone noticed the 2.5% levy on politicians wages has come to an end. Has anybody asked why this government refuses to reveal what MP's have been spending on their extras above and beyond wages and entitlements. This government has refused to reveal these details due to possible embarrassment. It's just become another Scott Morrison operational matter .
Bolt's blog is complaining about the lack of aggression in the sneak attack on workers benefits labelled "double dipping" which was previously was regarded as just a "catch up " Has any consideration been given to how much politicians can manipulate their personal allowances to make money and capital gains?
It's alleged in other media Hockey has a $385,000 ACT house rentable at 4%p.a approx $320 per week. Hockey actually claims $280 per day or $1960 per week or $100k per year. One machinegun way to pay off his mortgage. After some 5 years it's said to be worth $1.5 mill. This is far from the average commercial gain in Australia. That's basically a $300k profit per year on simple figures taking rent into account. How is it our economy is stuffed with this genius as our treasurer?
