When is a deal really a deal and not a bribe. The Koch Bros sponsored CCC and Borg to the tune of $1 mill for his" contrarian" position. How is it Tony Abbott saw fit to offer $4 mill that seems extremely over priced and makes no commercial sense. How much was a bribe to the universities to take Borg on? It seems Bill Shorten should have investigated the offer far more closely after all Bolt believes he knows how to make deals. Further why is Bolt now calling Borg a "contrarian" when he previously referred to him as a cost benefit analyst and policy researcher.

What a tragedy if this is the case as Industry funds consistently out perform retail funds and demand lower fees. If this is the case why would anybody want to jump to poor performing funds such as those managed by the CBA who charge higher fees for the privilege.

Bolt has like all bull shit throwers avoided revealing the changes made in the fine print Shorten has always backed the deal but not the fine print which he wanted clarified and altered. Even Bolt's source doesn't speak of a "cave"

yesterday when Senator Canavan declared marriage equality is a
politically contentious matter and not private or social one .
The Abbott plebiscite being little more than a dupe it would seem.It's not a concience vote at all. Canavan virtually said SBS was naive to think
anything less.
Bolt also believes marriage equality
is not a right but a political act attcking the right of religious
belief. The word equality is trashed for the argument that Christian beliefs woulf be imposed on. This has been argued in the USA and lost. In Ireland and lost.
Christians are free to act as they wish as long as their actions don't impose on the freedom of others. Why are we so so behind the times and being dragged further back in time by

If female journalists couldn't laugh Gillard off the stage. Andrew Bolt certainly couldn't. Bolt loves to cut and paste aesthetics Art, Opera and literature. However was there ever a moment he achieved any more than a Bevis and Butthead moment shared with Tim Blair? Was there ever a moment he could put a collection of words together to match the skills of the Flanagan brothers? Not in this life time.

Bolt supports 'banging your head against brick wall' policy suggestions rather than real negotiable ones. It's what made Abbot's government stand out. One that passed the least number of bills since 1970s. There's no point of being in government unless you move forward. Julia Gillard was more active than Abbott.
Bolt like all right wingers believes government is all about doing nothing unless you can get your own way. So let the people have symbols instead. Knights and Dames, more flags , new uniforms, a bigger Defence Force and a new fleet of flashy government cars to arrive and go in all MPs in blue ties. A leader that acts tough using tough words is the leader to be. Abbott was a wrecker to the end. He was if you think of it a real Charlie Chaplin Dictator.
Bogan Bolt believes a civil society is one where anything goes at any time and at any place. Especially when it comes to free speech . Can Free speech be allowed in front of children you know the sort that's whispered? If that's not the case then society is being hypocritical. No more so than France according to Bolt brings to the fore the case of Marine Le Pen the right wing politician before the French courts today.
