Bolt certainly doesn't have this confidence in the Australian people. He doesn't believe in the capacity of Australians to understand Climate Change he believes they have been duped. Human rights which tends to lead to questioning of the power structures we have in place and anti government impulses . Bolt constantly tells us how all our social institutions are under the control of the left and are brain washing a naive population.
Only a few conservatives have true quality of vision and the ability lead us to the true natural state of society. Basically it's represented by a free market, small government, the individual in a non multicultural society without collectivist leanings. Turnbull's speech offers none of this only a hope for a respect for orderly government. Bolt's belief is that we are traditionalists that will be convinced by 2017 not to vote for marriage equality. however hope is not sufficent it needs a great deal of selling. In fact Bolt a true believer in training as an educational method quite the opposite of critical thinking and questioning everything with it's notion of the freedom to question all authority..
What is Bolt like at home? The word compromise and negotiation don't seem to exist in his world of cave or not to cave. Obviously his family needs to cave in to him or nothing gets done if Bolt just sulks. Maybe it's Bolt who caves. Remember how at Xmas he said he had to cave and 'take' his family to Bali like luggage in order for them to cave and go to Europe where he wanted to go. All that caving must be a peculiarly Dutch ritual because it's sure as hell not Australian.

In fact Abetz gave Mantach a reference sufficient to get him a job where he ripped off $1.2mill + from Victoria. That's Bolt's proud to be a conservative, trusted from cradle to grave Eric. It's how Bolt says he conducts himself. On the surface he's a hard nosed negotiator like Abbott who says nope, nope, nope behind the scenes but loyal to his friends ready to double cross lie for them to save any embarrassment. According to Bolt Eric's demotion was uncalled for he was never a barnacle in policy construction. A bill that couldn't get passed but has been moved on is now a concession and not a barnacle because Malcolm has moved to the left. Abbott would have done the same.
Bolt's banner suggests the NRA defence, with guns, force and brute power. It's legitimate when 20% of citizens seem a threat to a minority government. Israeli colonisation is at the root of the violence

Bolt does mention the question asked by some" farmer/ politician" unnamed which farmers was he representing those farmers who haven't seen rain for 3 years and who the banks were foreclosing on or the ones doing well? What the scientists are talking about are global matters and not electoral ones which deniers always tend to confuse. Bolt as a denying advocate however keeps wanting to know whether he should wear his raincoat or not each day.
Marohasy Bolt's hero at the event claims to have got up some new information which is in fact old information that's been negated for years that being the earth has been in a cooling period or hiatus for the past 18 years. Presenting this old disproved cherry is adding nothing any more to global discussions today. However it's not the deniers excercise. There true reason is like the tobacco industry's reasoning just make sure the result of the meeting looks confused and it's given media coverage. Never mind that the 18 year myth was destroyed years ago. What is poignant though is nothing is reported about the acceleration of global warming and it's consequences or the tipping point.
As for coal saving China India and the world's developing nations no mention is made as to why USA, China and India are moving in the opposite direction to what Australian conservatives are arguing. They are in fact the biggest investors in renewable energy growth and research in the world and also the biggest proposers of the deescalation of coal powered energy in the world. Australia is placed to be in the frontline of that science and Abbott pulled the rug from under us. We are running near last in a world growth industry when we should be first. Does Bolt suggest saving the third world needs saving with coal at the point of a gun?

This is reminiscent of when Bolt declared a University of Sydney Lecturer of provoking violence and Bolt calling for his dismissal except the roles have been reversed. In this case an invalid did look as if he was being pushed and shoved. Bolt somehow is suggesting the reverse that the invalid may be the pusher and shover not the bigger professional minders. There were minders there and they were actively working the crowd so what's the likelihood of an invalid being knocked over? Highly likely!!

So Bolt finally reveals he is siding with Assad and Russia a decision made by the fact that Hizb ut- Tahrir is backing IS but he's not really sure. Bolt's cover up for Tony Abbott doesn't hold water even when he is now

Compared with the $ 4 million "incentive payment" to Flinders University first offered to the University of WA and now dumped by Christopher Pyne Bill's secret payments seem trivial. Lomborg's last sponsor was the Fossil Fuel giants Koch bros. They took him on in secret for $1 million for the year. They dumped him due to yes, his lack of value. Why were we offering to pay so much? A bribe!!

Christopher Pyne's last words were that it would never pass the Senate so it was a waste of energy in fact a barnacle.
Remember the barnacles Bolt once advised needed to be let go of because they were dragging Abbott down. He now calls those barnacles concessions given to the left by Malcolm Turnbull. However those he lists here in the main were given up by Abbott in his hasty lurch left and not by the current PM. But what the hell if it's a lie made to fit Bolt's new narrative of concessions given and not barnacles. It's even better.

The divided party has never been more together than it is today. The barnacles as much as they were poor policies have been ditched but they weren't the only thing dragging the party down the conservatives were and some have been dumped. However Bolt is encouraging them to do more to sink SS LNP but because there are so few he's just pissing in the wind.
It's amazing what can be negotiated when parties put their heads together. Let's wait and see how an if union dissatisfaction is as great as Bolt makes out. How is it he can't bear to pat Shorten on the back.?
Andrew Bolt lives in another dimension. Somewhere in a labyrinth of his own making. In a closet on a commode he sits making up his dream time opera about an Australian Camelot lead by a Christian king called Tony. Who once lead the world of Andrew's imagination. Bolt regrets ever having to wake up to the reality of a parliamentary democracy. A place where the people actually elect representatives and have them work for them. A responsible world where problems are solved and progress made as opposed to one where consideration was given to who was to be dubbed knights and who was to be shunned as the enemies of the kingdom. Thought was given to appointed advisers and those dumped and deemed heretics. Bolt's dream was a fortress that needed protecting more from the inside than out but unlike Pol Polt or Stalin he couldn't kill them. It was a place where flags and uniforms played a greater role than any effort to provide health wealth and happiness for all.
Bolt's bubble has been popped and he desperately wants to go back to punishment park his fantasy nation where he felt had a solid grasp on the media whip. He hates the current feeling of bonhomie.
