Bolt says this but fails to mention the "leakers" He's alluding to.
However Bolt like a thief stole so many of Hartcher's stories for his own purposes as he does here without naming his sources about between Hartcher and Bolt the Liberals are all such bastards but let's not say who. How much egg can Bolt put on his face?

Abbott ruled the Liberal party with an iron fist and it was called Peta. However the Liberal Party admires itself for the diversity of thought that can come to a negotiated compromise to formulate the direction of it's policies. Everyone can have a voice. Malcolm Turnbull believes in that and he needs to manage it. That's the difference between he an Abbott. You couldn't talk to Abbott. Abbott's management style was reflected when he not only had Slipper ostracized but sent to the mad house. Not for one second did we see Abbott put out his hand and say are you ok mate.. He ensured his friend Peter was ko'd. The only reason Abbott delayed any action on Hockey and Bronwyn was not for his loyalty he needed them for theirs. If he'd turned his back on them he'd have lost even more numbers. Loyalty had nothing to do with it. Loyalty was only seen in the case of Peta Credlin who returned it in kind he couldn't trust anybody else . However how strange that as leader he felt he couldn't function without her. Isn't that alone an admission that he lacked the skills?
As for Macfarlane we see the mettle of a true Liberal Politician no sense of team every sense of self.

Bolt only wishes this was so. How is it that everybody was aware of special forces being trialed by the USA while Abbott was PM. That was months ago but Bolt wants to mythologize Abbott by say it was all his doing. The Mal Brough story will with luck be fully delivered with Abbott looking the godfather behind all that went on. That will reveal yet again his thug mentality. The one that put Hanson in jail. Abbotts a brawler and Bolt is trying to make a silk purse out of a pig's ear.
Which Sunni States were being suggested Mr Bolt? Turkey the ISIS supporter that sounds a good one. The Saudis maybe they could behead those who sympathize with ISIS and turn on the Turks. Why would these two states even contemplate fighting those who they are supporting to stir up a hornets nest at home? Who Andrew Bolt did Abbott suggest we stand shoulder to shoulder with? Names are never mentioned.

Reform for Bolt has always been a one way street he needs no self examination let alone any criticism of Islamophobic Australia. He sees no need to even examine this request.

professional advocacy body to defend against actions of over zealous

Political Lobby – No professional lobby group to lobby political parties
and harness the Muslim vote. A study conducted a few years ago showed
that if Muslims used their votes wisely, their votes could be crucial in
the outcome of up to 5 federal seats. This is incredibly significant
and I can guarantee you if a full time professional body focused on
lobbying and organising the Muslim vote was functioning effectively, no
political party would dare blow the dog whistle and use Muslim bashing
as an opportunistic vote winner every time they were down in the polls.
Bolt actually sounds like a Marxist . Most Capital in this country is inherited and is in the form of property. Profit made from capital gains and rent collection adds nothing to the GNP. There is no productive growth and a high reluctance for those with capital to take risks. Risk is business.
Labour is squeezed as is the middle class is of it's savings. A recession highly likely because who will be doing the spending?. Business has moved offshore and become more global. What will we do when the banking and finance move offshore to cut wages. After all finance can be done on line. We are selling up agriculture and soon Education and will be overtaken by the professionals of the third world. There aren't too many industries that can't be transferred offshore be they manufacturing or professional. We can's all be barristas.

What Bolt can't see is past his own eliteism. That it's not the natural order of things but socially constructed and protected by the very nature of our economic and social relationships.
Bolt's belief in his own superiority and achievements blinds him to the pushback he thinks he sees among Muslims but also in the formation of all other sorts of youth gangs. If his daughter went out with a boy from Dallas or Broady a Muslim Lebanse or an inked up Islander unless he was from Toorak he'd disown her.
Islam doesn't create Middle Eastern crime nor does Christian Island culture but their kids do form gangs. Ethnicity doesn't either determine criminals. Why is it Biker gangs are a multicultural amalgum and yes they are outlander criminal gangs. However what is it they all have in common? class! Islam doesn't drive people to crime. What d they have in common plain and simple is class. Even the crimes they commit are more visible as they are more policed and in public view. They don't even have the same advantage as the crooks of in Toorak and Malvern who do more damage to Australians

Bolt can't see inequality then go to Paris and you can see the world of the Metro you can see the police moving French Arabic kids on in the city center but no you can't see the 40% unemployment. Bolt doesn't see the evidence of inequality and the class system he doesn't see or want to admit there's a difference between Dallas, Broadmeadows , Malvern and Toorak . He doesn't see what Marx, Chris Hedges and Nobel Prize winning Economist Thomas Piketty can the underlying reason for anger. The systemic unequal playing field of Capitalism where inequality is the result of a rigged game is what Bolt prefers to hide because he prefers to have his boot on someones throat rather than someone's on his.
Bolt wants to prove that that a photo says it all Merrylands and Guildford in Sydney have nice houses but no unemployment. They do have a high Muslim population whose youth don't choose to be unemployed simply because they are Abdul and not Bob . It's true they are disadvantaged because they are Muslim but not because of Islam. Dallas and Broadmeadows in Melbourne aren't just filled with ingrate immigrants they work harder than Bolt for their money and are of more productive value to this country than he is.
There was a time when the Catholic areas of Melbourne and Sydney also had the highest rates of gangs and crime. Catholicism was blamed back then to. What changed ? Social mobility not their religion. Bolt believes in free market competition. However it takes a Muslim or indigenous super hero to get to where he is because their cultures are stereotyped as inadequate and as such they are inadequate as individuals. Any push down they feel is simply because they haven't integrated, assimilated enough. It's their religion and culture's fault. Rather than admit to a class divide which would be an admission that the advantaged have their foot on the throat of the disadvantaged it's easier to blame them.
So it's Islam, Ethnicity, IQ that holds people back and never the class divide. If you remove those who are currently the most disadvantaged they would need to be replaced somebody has to do the shit jobs be in the unemployment pool and accept that the income gap and necessity are the driving force of our society. Along with a deluded middle class that are the engine of a productive system. Inherited, capital and privilege infact is the rust that holds social mobility back. What is hidden from view are the demographic and social indicators everything that Bolt says he hates about the poor and the people he blames them for welfare, crime,etc.
History has shown people are replaced once Catholics were on the bottom, replaced by Greeks and Italians but the same indicators of disadvantage remained. Youth gangs , Asian, Middle eastern, Islander may form because of their cultural similarities but are caused because of the inequality of their class positions. Bolt blames Aboriginal Culture for it's social problems, He blames Middle Eastern Culture for their social problems Island Culture for theirs but what they have in common is their class position.
Australian Biker gangs and Unions reveal similarities in that they attract people from all of these backgrounds maybe that's why they are hated so much they minimize the differences to reveal the similarities. The one thing they have in common is class and it's visibility. It's the class nature within society that we all have in common and the unequal means of survival available for us to survive. Muslim gangs form yes but not because of Islam but because of their class. Some individuals are enlisted to extreme ideas and value but Islam is not the cause but exclusion is. What makes a Christian Jihadi shoot up an abortion clinic not Christianity.
