EMERGENCY: ANOTHER VICTORIAN POWER PLANT TO CLOSE

Victoria's Hazelwood power station - responsible for 20 per cent of the state's electricity - was driven  out of business a month ago. Now: "AGL Energy says it will shut down operations at its Loy Yang power plant in Victoria from May 15 after two workers’ unions threatened to disrupt work there." That's another 30 per cent of the state's power.

  AGL has already said Loy Yang's closure was a business decision and was scheduled when the plant was built. Furthermore it's in step with AGL's announced plan that they were transitioning away from coal and towards renewables something Bolt never mentions as he doesn't want to expose the fact that Australia's major enery producers were all in step moving away from coal. Bolt rather wants it to seem a political decision forced on AGL. The only political problem these energy producers have id the governments uncertain message that Australia was moving in step with the rest of the world.

Bolt's put on his Chicken Little face and suggesting the Greens have forced decisions made years ago. AGL kills idea of gas as transition fuel: wind, solar + storage cheaper ...

In fact AGL Origin and Eugenie are all in agreement that the government make a clear and positive statement in favor of renewables and provide confidence for the investors in the market. This post is also proof of the lack of journalistic integrity at News Corp particularly with Andrew Bolt.

EPIC: ROWAN DEAN ON GILLIAN TRIGG'S "FREE SPEECH" AWARD

The example of why Triggs won is seen  right here Andrew Bolt who was charged with vilification and lost his right to any defense because he was found guilty of lying which left him naked in face of the law and Rowan Dean ex advertizing exec turned  firebrand, conservative jester begging for a job as a standup on TV have tagged teamed to give Triggs yet another roast.

Isolated Conservative right wing fantasy vs a Social Realist. Bolt and Dean represent the expectations of cloud cuckoo land whereas Triggs represents civilized reality and it can't be seen to be more fair than allowing these two slags to do their bovver boy number on her in public.

Neither Bolt nor Dean have ever presented a society a social unit let alone a nation as an model or example of what they demand to be one offering the freedom of speech that they expect. None have ever existed. So what we have is two fantasists battling Gillian Triggs a social realist appointed to keep these two conservative dreamers dressed as anarchic libertarians in their place and she did that with deserved applause.

SCHOOLS PLAN: IS TURNBULL GONSKI?

My editorial on The Bolt Report: Malcolm Turnbull schools plan reports Julia Gillard's big mistake. It promises billions without telling us what it will do to actually lift standards. And the Government knows it.

  Yes here we have Andrew Bolt declaring education a bad debt an investment in the corruption of our kids. It seems Bolt, Abbott and radical conservatives find education dangerous. Dangerous because our schools promote rational and critical thinking which is dangerous. Science and scepticism and analysis  based on real data  isn't valued as much faith in traditional values that have evolved and been handed from the top down. They love the symbol of the pulpit of being given the message and truth from above. Abbott yet again called the ABC and thinkers  cowards for not holding on to the values and lessons of the past heretics one and all. It's why they want cuts to the ABC, science, and schools. They are modern day Amish who deny progress and prefer a dumbed down electorate than one of thinkers. Imagine if parents were told they were wrong what chaos that would bring or women thought their place wasn't in the kitchen.

TURNBULL VS THE CATHOLICS

Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull's changes to the school funding have infuriated the Catholic school sector. Less money, no consultation, more interference. Here's Stephen Elder, former Liberal MP and head of Catholic Education Melbourne, on my show, declaring war.

 Social Policy brought about by rational analysis of real data and the transferring of funds to where they are most needed needs to be accompanied the training of teachers so that the best also find themselves where they are most needed as well. That's too socialist for Andrew Bolt who believes in  the meritocracy of the lie. Such as that he was educated at Adelaide University. and that who you know and marry isn't as important as what you know and have learned. Bolt believes he did it with his own two hands.

HOW THE ABC'S BIAS DESTROYED MY LIFE

 John Elferink was the Northern Territory corrections minister. Then the ABC ran a desperately biased report portraying him as a Harley-riding cowboy overseeing a system that tortured teenagers. He lost his career and his reputation,  and his family was threatened. He now responds.    

3  Not a mention of the Juvenile Justice System and that the ABC may have switched on the light of attention that has resulted in an investigation. No victims one and all the authorities who are simply being asked "what's going on". John Elferink has suddenly become George Pell who allowed the foxes into the chicken house. The ABC was also complicit in raising the alarm on the Catholic Church. You see in Bolts world the truth lies with George Pell and John Elferink it lies with conservative values of the family structure and the roles learned and handed down from the past and as Tony Abbott says any attempt to question or change them is symbolic of a gutless nation that needs to bring back the strop from behind the bathroom door. Questioning authority like the ABC does cost Abbott his job and the current disorder we see around us. Guess it's time for a takeover of some kind yet again. If only Abbott were both PM and head of the army.

 

ADANI TO WHYALLA'S RESCUE

But the Greens are against Adani and Labor was backing off: "The proposed $16.5 billion Adani Carmichael mine project in central Queensland has thrown a lifeline to South Australia’s steel industry and the embattled city of Whyalla with an undertaking to source 800km of rail line worth more than $70 million from Arrium’s struggling steelworks."

"The giant Indian conglomerate will announce today in Whyalla that it has signed a memorandum of understanding to give the indebted Arrium Steel sole right to supply all the steel required for the double-tracked 400km rail line between the central Queensland mine site and the port at Abbot Point."

Remember when Bolt was screaming his tits off about the subs and the government guaranteeing jobs in SA to build the subs. You can build them cheaper else where. It's our money your wasting. We are giving $ 1 bill to a company owned by the Adani's in the Cayman Islands and he is giving us a promise to by our steel with our money. No not even a promise but a "memorandum of understanding" which is I promise to buy but you know I won't understanding and Andrew Bolt is all whoopee about it. Bolt has never mentioned that AGL Origin & Eugenie along with the worlds private interests are all moving away from coal. No he says they are all scared of the Greens. Must find out what school Bolt went to 

 

 

"GOOD DEBT" IS A DODGY $10B RAIL LINK

The Turnbull Government's latest idea of "good debt" is a $10 billion inland rail link between Melbourne and Brisbane that goes through lots of National party seats.  But David Uren warns: "Cumulative revenues would not start to exceed costs before 2066. Eventual profits would be wiped out by a blowout in costs or shortfall in traffic."   

Bad Debt according to Bolt Education and the investment in kids. Bad Debt Planes Trucks & Trains we need to stay concentrated and Urban. Good debt shrink the nation close the doors and hand Australia to the private sector. They need deregulation and we don't need government lets turn the clock back to those good old days of 'me' and get away from the costly 'we'. How South African of Bolt. "IMMORAL" THAT 78% OF OUR SYRIAN REFUGEES ARE CHRISTIAN

The New York Times writer calls the proportion of Christians "immoral", but I wonder why it's not 100 per cent: "Data I obtained through Australia’s freedom of information law shows that 78 percent of the approximately 18,563 refugees from Syria and Iraq granted entry from July 1, 2015, to Jan. 6 of this year identified themselves as Christian."

Immorality is playing identity politics with people in need. Immorality is the denial by Bolt that he plays Identity Politics. The fact is he defends Identity Politics and demands more. Have you heard him doanything else? He mocks Identity of indigenous Australians and says he's more indigenous than most not onlt is the man stupid he's a total hypocrite that's a News Corperean maybe but not an Australian. However given the Culture shift going on at News Corp in the USA at the moment and Murdoch trying to look good in order to  be allowed to take over Sky UK Bolt's job isn't as certain as it was last year. We need to boycott his advertisers

TEAM TURNBULL DESPERATE: TRY ABBOTT-FOR-GG FIX

We were told Tony Abbott was washed out, a joke, a leader with no followers, a broken reed and irrelevant. Now two of his main media haters - Niki Savva and Miranda Devine - are on a unity ticket to make him Governor-General. I think they and Malcolm Turnbull hear a train coming.

Guess Bolt is telling us that what we have heard from Tony that he was  loyal and not interested in being PM was all a two faced lie. He's doing a Rudd but the people or party room aren't calling him. We are however hearing the words of  the liar we have always known. When your prepared to tear the house down if you don't get your way then all that's missing is the uniform and the army behind you to call a coupe.

 Apparently Bolt doesn't like Savva finding isolated cases to prove a point it's what Bolt actually does when proving Muslims are terrorist he finds cases globally and declares them as examples of his argument proof even when his examples are  wrong.  He's accusing Savva of doing what he does. How dumb is Bolt?
How the worm has turned it wasn't that long ago it was the "Devine Miranda" a regular guest on Bolt's Report. However she's now coupled with Nikki Savva. Gone are the sweet nothing messages of a patronizing male  Don Juan. Bolt turned on her since she turned anti- Abbott and even more so when she patted Andrew on the head and told him to behave on her 2GB show Miranda DevineTonight with guest Andrew Bolt. Bolt kept insisting the Show was his and Macquarie let him know it wasn't. That's how small minded  Bolt is. He expected Miranda to fold. She didn't and popped his fantasy.

ABBOTT: FIGHT FOR THE WEST

Tony Abbott has given a speech calling on the Liberals to be  “firmly on the side of Western civilisation”. Having a government-appointed person like Yassmin Abdel-Magied reflects  a “cultural cowardice” that has infiltrated our institutions. The head of Malcolm Turnbull's department is another example. Read it all.

 What we have here is massive disjuncture of  two men's  expectations of Australia with the reality expectations so out of sync they citizens of cloud cuckoo land. Australia is an Asian country. It's a multicultural nation with a unique history unlike any other 50% of it's citizens are first and second generation migrantsand we do not look or resemble any other nation on this planet. Bolt and Abbott represent the worst of Australia notice their pictures of themselves and their wives are hidden. The pictures they claim aren't Team Australia are which makes them outliers. Outliers that may have positions of power but Cultural outliers nevertheless and distinctly even less than 10% of Australians. Is Bolt a social creature no? Does Bolt Holiday in Australia no? Why does he hate the three people pictured  here? They are young, better educated and truely thinking Australians that accept the fact that Andrew Bolt and Tony Abbott exist Tony Abbott and Andrew Bolt don't know how to do the same for them.

LIBS MUST SMASH ABC BEFORE ABC SMASHES LIBS

  The Liberals must smash the the ABC before it smashes them. How can the Liberals win an argument when their government funds a massive broadcaster hijacked by Leftists furiously opposed to their values?    

Bolt might want the ABC smashed but not for the sake of the Libs he wants it smashed for the organ grinder to which he's the monkey Rupert Murdoch. Have you ever seen Andrew Bolt in a format that would even be considered a debate with these people  never. It's strange  just how much Andrew Bolt talks about these three Australians when they really don't devote the time to him they tend to devote their energies to issues and whether or not we are going about trying to solve them rationally. Waleed doesn't preach the answers like Bolt does he provides the data in as short a space of time as possible and asks the questions. Totally different, chalk and cheese to Andrew Bolt. The ABC even gives Bolt the space to make a fool of himself.

WASTE: TURNBULL DOES A GILLARD CASH-SPLASH ON SCHOOLS

Malcolm Turnbull this week repeated Labor’s disastrous mistake with our schools: first promise billions and only later figure out how to spend it. No wonder our school standards are now officially worse than Kazakhstan’s — and our debt out of control.

 Yes we have slipped below Kazakhstan because Tony Abbott cut Education spending after he'd promised he wouldn't and he did nothing other than becoming Mr Nope Nope Nope. He was the leader in opposition to everyone in this country. The fact remains he still is and this time round even Andrew Bolt can't promise he's changed. He just doesn't talk about it. Education is a bad investment according to these too and look what they done to our Schools mum!! Look what they done to our Schools.
