The typical Australian family takes home less than when Kevin Rudd was prime minister.

Far fewer Australians live in households that receive welfare payments than in 2001: 32.2 per cent of workforce-aged Australians, down from 38.1 per cent, and most get off it fairly quickly. The experience of those surveyed suggests that university education is not the ticket to full-time employment it used to be.Around 86 per cent of those who graduated between 2001 and 2005 were in full-time jobs five years later, compared with just 75 per cent of those who graduated between 2010 and 2011.They were more likely to be employed part-time or doing further study. The decline in full-time employment for men who had only completed high school was even worse, from 81 per cent to 32.6 per cent.

From outlawing foreign funding for human rights NGOs to reviving the death penalty (for Palestinians), to population transfer and more, Benjamin Netanyahu is going a little wild. It probably isn't unrelated to the multiple police investigations into him and his friends. Benjamin Netanyahu has a few things in common with Donald Trump. The two men are known to obsess over loyalty, which invariably leads to nepotism and empowering immediate family members. They both are convinced there is constantly some sort of media conspiracy to topple them from their positions of power — and that they deserve that power. And the more…

IS THIS HOW WE GET GAY MARRIAGE? WITH BROKEN VOWS?

What a load of nonsense the Abbott government has done everything it can to keep the Australian public from making a decision. Conservatives simply don't want the plebiscite to proceed. The whole politicization of a process that's counter to the way Bills are normally passed is based on fake posturing. We know what the electorate want's so why the posturing and the costs to dicover what's already know? Heterosexual marriage is a privilege denied to Australians that have been hounded for years Bolt and his kind simply wish to extend that agony for little more than a little political filibustering. All one had to listen to Eric Abetz on the ABC. Stonewalling same sex marriage is ultimate cruelty to citizens withholding privileges that Andrew Bolt takes for granted.
It's amazing the poverty of Bolt's quality of frienship. Tim Wilson was upheld as the perfect young homosexual a friend ex IPA turned "conservative" politician. He was a central figure seen on The Bolt Report. Bolt's empathy or simple understanding of Wilsons's perspective of his position is simply non existant. If Bolt attitude is to be believed he'd stand on them as if they were cockroaches. "gay activists are bullies who will trample on anyone to get their way?"Bolt Bolt reverses the history of the gay experience to suggest heterosexuals are being persecuted which is nonsense. Flipping is little more than a technique Bolt uses to blow smoke in the face of reality. However he does see advantage in this to suggest Turnbull as weaker than Abbott as if Abbott would have things better under control. However the fact is Abbott had his day and he had no control then and he hasn't the numbers now. In fact today Abbott's promoting policies that are the opposite of what he was promoting prviously.. Abbott's writing for Murdoch went to the Alfalfa Club with Murdoch is being fluffed up by Murdoch's men Bolt, Sheridan, Credlin, Henderson none of whom can be rated as independant thinkers.
" But now four gay Liberal MPs — Trent Zimmerman, Dean Smith, Trevor Evans and Tim Wilson — have signalled they will break Turnbull’s promise and as early as next week."Bolt
Let's get it clear the promise if any is Abbott's promise that's being broken a reluctant promise carried forward at the last election and a promise that is superficial to Australian lives if compared with the Economy Wages and Jobs growth.
