 Faruqi, a former editor of pop culture site Junkee and a former Greens candidate, launched his libel action last year after the former leader of the Labor party accused him of “aiding and abetting Islamic terrorism” and fostering “anti-white racism in Australia”.
But Justice Michael Wigney on Thursday rejected Latham’s 76-page defence and ordered him to “start from scratch” in trying to justify comments about Faruqi in a video on the Outsiders TV program last year called “The Rise of Anti-White Racism and Terrorist Plots in Australia”.

 Andrew Bolt professional disparager, slimer and misogynist more often than not he calls in his coterie of media wannabes to do his bidding and add to the chorus of disparagement of others. His Bolt Report opinions and messages target people and try to neutralise facts of what is actually occurring and why? 
Julia Banks can't be heard or be allowed to be listened to because she highlights a conservative male culture in the Liberal Party which grew out of the exclusive men's clubs like the Melbourne Club where women weren't allowed. Banks can't be allowed to reveal what the extreme Right-Wing men attempted to do to the women in the Party to get their 43 votes, yet failed. That truth can't be told and needs to be neutralised. Daisy Cousens is called on to do a job Banks that Bolt can't do as effectively because he doesn't look good in lipstick and a skirt.
Whose Daisy Cousens if she's not Bolt in drag? She's not a journalist she seems to have replaced Miranda Devine who was once a Bolt regular courted on his show until she went rogue on him and outed him as a bully on the radio. The day Bolt displayed the conservative Liberal attitude to women. She became quick poison to Bolt because she was sympathetic to the Liberal moderates rather than that minority Monkey Pod tail and fringe of the Liberal Party. The only reason to turn on the Bolt Report is to escape reality but you once were able to do that with Tom Ballard who was a lot funnier.

Is this really a distraction post to protect Dutton the Party idiot whose ear Cassius Abbott whispered into? Dutton is the dumb conservative who just keeps giving and shining an unwanted light on the conservatives. Dutton favours illegal entry of Au Pairs unqualified scab labour who work for nothing for his mates in preference to the unemployed professional Australian Nannies you need pay for. He gave entry to a reputed racist Lauren Southers that the UK banned and her mate Stefan Molyneux the Nazi. They were welcomed came and trashed Aboriginal Australians and called it entertainment, a show. They were promoted as wonderful people by Andrew Bolt and portrayed as victims. Bolt is now bemoaning the possible the entry of a pardoned Chelsea Manning who to Bolt's relief Dutton has declared persona non gratis and banned. 
Will Bolt draw attention to and out this hypocrisy of politicians that play games get paid but do nothing for the country?




 

SAMOAN PM IS THE REAL DENIER

Why has no reporter exposed this alarmist as a science denier?: "Samoan Prime Minister Tuilaepa Sailele has lashed out at climate sceptics and urged Australia to make deeper cuts to carbon emissions to help save Pacific Island nations from... rising temperatures and sea levels." In fact, most islands are not drowning but growing or stable.

" What an ignorant rant." Andrew Bolt is quite right and the ignorance is his. He's acting like a Sgt at arms for a biker gang smashing and lashing out at any opposition in sight. It's what Bolt calls civilised debate.
Bolt actually sounds like Dutton laughing out loud with Abbott with an embarrassed Morrison standing by trying to tell the hoons the boom is on. $5Billion of Foreign Aid is spent on Asylum Seekers at Manus and Nauru and stopping boats it's not being spent on assisting Samoa.
Bolt clearly makes out the Pacific is not our responsibility even symbolically is it in any sense "we". But the only "we" in his and the minds of conservatives is the US and UK and "we" will contribute t willingly to make contributions of any size to appease and please them even when they have been proven to be of no use. Jump, how high is Bolt's favoured relationship with the US and obviously because he works for an American, Rupert Murdoch.

Bolt's own media stable contradicts what it is he is saying  Climate change: Pacific Island nations are sinking away - News.com.au.
As for the NZ researchers, Bolt turns to make his point that Pacific islands are growing they emphasize "The Auckland team says climate change remains one of the major threats to low-lying island nations." something Bolt judiciously avoids saying along with the fact that only some islands are growing. Further, if the rate of sea rise continues to accelerate the Islands will be suffering directly from the impact of Climate Change.

Indicates "some" islands have grown and points to Bolt's selective use of that data and not applying the descriptive "some" in his over-eager generalisations to prove he's scientifically astute and correct when arriving at the conclusion the islands aren't sinking. He simply applies this as a strategy to justify his conclusion that science is really with him when it's not. "Alarmists keep smearing sceptics as "deniers". CHECK THE MIRROR TO SEE THE REAL DANGER IN SAMOA

If he checked the mirror he'd see the great threat to his people's health is not what we emit but that they intake: "The prime minister of Samoa has called climate change... the 'single greatest threat to the... wellbeing of peoples of the Pacific'." In fact: "In 10 Pacific island countries, at least 1 in 5 children ... were obese."

 Bolt's trying to shut the PM of Samoa down by abuse. First calling him "obese" and therefore has no right to talk about Climate Change particularly when the likelihood of Climate Change won't be the cause of their death.
Doesn't that sound an argument abuse and not reason simply saying "shut up" with some weird form of failed logic.
The average age of death of a male Australian is 85 and most have and will die before 85. Ergo why the "F--k" worry about Climate Change, shut up. Anyone not facing the risk of death by Climate Change should simply ignore it.
Bolt is such a grand thinker isn't he saying put a bag over it and don't think of the long-term future and especially change. Isn't that the essence of the conservative message stop thinking.
