KIDS OFF NAURU? WHAT A HOAX

Labor held up Parliament with a stunt about nothing: demands to "get the kids off Nauru" for medical treatment. Kids on Nauru? Just six. Do they already have care available? Yes. Real game: to make the government look weak. Oh, and to let any two doctors anywhere in Australia bring over the adults over there. My editorial from The Bolt Report.

 For five years innocent children have been trapped and unwillingly held hostage on Nauru for little more than symbolic and political purpose and Bolt scoffs at these asylum seeking illegal brats for being wimps for simply asking for their rights. Australia has in principle recognized them too by International agreement. Bolt's reaction as a witness to this crime against humanity is to do an Abbott and Chris Kenny and say they have been well taken care of for 5 years on this tropical resort the bloody little ingrates should stop complaining. While doctors have openly under threat of imprisonment reported of their torture. In the meantime Bolt lets us know he's off to the ocean to stay cool this weekend. Yes, off to the beach to an air-conditioned house. What will this prick do there but whine and blog about everything he hates and is wrong about Australia.
In the meantime in the post below he lets us all know in no uncertain terms how unjustly he's been treated for having been charged and found guilty under Australia's RDA Sections 18 C&D for racial vilification. He's never stopped whining and sniffling about how badly he's been treated and that the Law and not he is wrong. Just as the International Law is wrong for declaring the children on Nauru as 'asylum seekers and not "illegals". Yes, Bolt has been psychologically impacted too.
 If and when the truth comes out will Bolt claim his innocence and do a Sgt Schultz and say "I knew nothing" or an Eichman and "I was just doing my job commenting on what I was told" I suspect his addition to his family history won't be one of pride. 

BINDI CHANGES MIND, BINDI GETS BANNED

The judge said I wrong but Bindi now says she was. Guess what? She's now been banned by an art gallery. We talked on The Bolt Report.

Bindi Cole neither set a precedent nor was she being judged Bolt was. He was judged on whether or not he had told the truth and was found to have lied or extremely loose with his facts in a tone that deemed him guilty under the law sections 18 C&D of the RDA  of vilification under the Act. Whatever Bindi's opinions are today or were back then won't alter that.  Opinions then and now weren't and aren't being tested the law was. Bolt's Lawyers could have chosen to appeal the decision but it seems they didn't  So no matter how much Bolt tries to pretend he's innocent he's not unlike the children on Nauru he turns his back to go and lunch down the coast.
Why didn't Bolt name and shame the gallery one wonders and was that really a talk he was having with Bindi in this video extract? You don't see Bolt's lips move. Further, now that Bolt says Bindi has exonerated will he and his lawyers appeal against the decision handed down? Will we see him republish his articles in defiance? I don't think so. Bolt isn't a Derryn Hinch, is he? He gets more mileage out putting himself up as the victim more mileage than he gives the children on Nauru.

JUDGE NOTES MEDIA PRESSURE TO CONVICT PRIESTS

A disturbing observation from the judge who quashed a conviction against former Catholic bishop Philip Wilson for covering up child sex abuse by a priest 42 years ago: "The mere presence of large amounts of media from all around Australia and the world carries with it a certain amount of pressure on the court." A pressure to convict, he says.

CLIMATE PARTY! AFRICAN DELEGATES SWAMP CONFERENCE

It's a feeding frenzy at the UN climate conference. There's the excuse for taxpayer-paid travel, of course, and the excuse to extort huge donations from the guilty rich: "An analysis of delegates... found Guinea topped the list with 406 delegates... This sounds very much the same in tone as last years IPA sponsored podcast where Bolt mocked the Sudanese community for sponsoring a Beauty contest which he regarded as a waste of time and got his racist jollies off. He thought he was hilarious then too.
