 For five years innocent children have been trapped and unwillingly held hostage on Nauru for little more than symbolic and political purpose and Bolt scoffs at these asylum seeking illegal brats for being wimps for simply asking for their rights. Australia has in principle recognized them too by International agreement. Bolt's reaction as a witness to this crime against humanity is to do an Abbott and Chris Kenny and say they have been well taken care of for 5 years on this tropical resort the bloody little ingrates should stop complaining. While doctors have openly under threat of imprisonment reported of their torture. In the meantime Bolt lets us know he's off to the ocean to stay cool this weekend. Yes, off to the beach to an air-conditioned house. What will this prick do there but whine and blog about everything he hates and is wrong about Australia.
In the meantime in the post below he lets us all know in no uncertain terms how unjustly he's been treated for having been charged and found guilty under Australia's RDA Sections 18 C&D for racial vilification. He's never stopped whining and sniffling about how badly he's been treated and that the Law and not he is wrong. Just as the International Law is wrong for declaring the children on Nauru as 'asylum seekers and not "illegals". Yes, Bolt has been psychologically impacted too.
 If and when the truth comes out will Bolt claim his innocence and do a Sgt Schultz and say "I knew nothing" or an Eichman and "I was just doing my job commenting on what I was told" I suspect his addition to his family history won't be one of pride.

Bindi Cole neither set a precedent nor was she being judged Bolt was. He was judged on whether or not he had told the truth and was found to have lied or extremely loose with his facts in a tone that deemed him guilty under the law sections 18 C&D of the RDA  of vilification under the Act. Whatever Bindi's opinions are today or were back then won't alter that.  Opinions then and now weren't and aren't being tested the law was. Bolt's Lawyers could have chosen to appeal the decision but it seems they didn't  So no matter how much Bolt tries to pretend he's innocent he's not unlike the children on Nauru he turns his back to go and lunch down the coast.
Why didn't Bolt name and shame the gallery one wonders and was that really a talk he was having with Bindi in this video extract? You don't see Bolt's lips move. Further, now that Bolt says Bindi has exonerated will he and his lawyers appeal against the decision handed down? Will we see him republish his articles in defiance? I don't think so. Bolt isn't a Derryn Hinch, is he? He gets more mileage out putting himself up as the victim more mileage than he gives the children on Nauru.

Trump's truth is that America is the only country on the planet that acknowledges birthright citizenship. If you're born in the USA  your automatically American by right and he's about to change that.
 So Bolt's hero is saying just because he was born in Australia it doesn't mean he's Australian by birthright he became one when his parents were naturalised citizens. So as far as Trump is concerned Bolt is an immigrant wanker when calling himself an Indigenous Australian and we all agree with the POTUS on that.
Dogma is central to Bolt's personal value system if he changes any tenet of it he feels he'll crash and burn his whole world will crumble and be turned to dust along with his belief in his privileged space in the world. Furthermore, his children's won't be certain either and his very personal house of cards will collapse. Bolt's dogmatic certainty is based on the lack of belief in any fundamental universal Human Rights which makes him everything he says he isn't and why he's so threatened by any compassion shown to the kids being tortured on Nauru.

One might ask, " what's new that Bolt has to offer Australia about the reports released on cricket that so many others like the ABC and elsewhere have offered? " Others that actually know something about the game and are consequently coherent. Did Bolt actually get his ideas off Mr Magoo? He's certainly not original and nor does he address the specific changes of the game itself within any historical context. His conclusion even appears to be so truncated that the end was left on the editing floor because it makes it made little or no sense to the editor. But then when has Bolt ever needed to make sense in his editorials?
 There's no mention of cricket's increasing commodification driven by money and boards chasing it above all else. Money has changed the nature of the game to fit the demands of a TV spectacle to attract its advertisers. None of this commodification of the game is mentioned by Bolt.  How a team game has been reduced to a gladiator sport to win at all costs it's essence. That cricket is no longer recognizable to what it historically was. That has escaped Bolt but then did he ever play the game?  He even said he hasn't supported it for years which is clear as his editorial isn't

I suggest people turn on to the ABC's Iview and The Drum and listen to an expert like Cate McGregor for a real professional opinion about these two reports and their relevance to cricket because you will never get any sense out of Bolt.  Listen to McGregor and then go back to Andrew Bolt and you will see and hear what a real opinion on the topic of cricket is and what a waste of time watching Andrew Bolt waffle and Bolt Report is. ABC PREACHES WARMING, IGNORES SCIENCE

The ABC today continued its hyping of global warming. Scientist Michael Asten says what the ABC won't: "Australians do not appreciate the level of doubt about IPCC science in the science community. We agree the global climate has warmed in the past century. What is in doubt is the relative contribution of natural variations and anthropogenic CO2."

 Bolt knows he can't be consistent when it comes to Climate Change because he'd be too easily caught out so for a while its straight out abuse Climate Science isn't science at all it's a religion a cult there is absolutely nothing to it. Asten talks about the unappreciated scientists he doesn't provide numbers or even mention whether they are climate specialists. Asten himself isn't he's a part-time researcher in "mineral exploration" sounds a lot like Mining to anyone else and yes I'm sure there are scientists working for coal companies that would agree with him just as there are scientists in the tobacco industry that deny smoking causes cancer.
Bolt's use of the non-specific terms Scientist, hyping the level of doubt come up with yes the old cherry an unnamed number of scientists doubt global warming. Well, that old cherry was put to bed years ago when the number was specified as 3% of the specialists in the field. Bolt's use of data needs to be amplified it really does as he spent some 20 years telling us the planet was cooling that is if you take as your starting point the exceptional year of 1998. Today that's been now turned to pausing despite the fact that we have witnessed records being broken year in and year out since the turn of the century. It's strange isn't it 97% of specialists 190 plus nations, business finance and technology sectors throughout the world agree on man-made global warming and Bolt the swinger looks for people who generally are yesterday's men to put out a paid message that the world is wrong and we don't need to spend money on a planet that looks after itself. I wonder how long Bolt will be silent for again?

The ABC reports not on "it's dogma" but on science, the politics of science, and in what Bolt calls soft reporting it even gives his minority world of deniers a far greater amount of time their 3% deserve. than what Andrew Bolt gives the 97% of scientists that agree. Here he is again even denying what Michael Asten said in the post above that all scientist agree the planet is warming.

If there is proof in the pudding Bolt has never declared just how much he's personally invested in fossil fuel energies and their associated industries for his and his children's futures. It seems Bolt is simply a warning system not about data or evidence but against any media of influence addressing the matter. In this case, the ABC He, on the other hand, is left promoting the obscure, unqualified not sceptics but simply deniers. Phelps goes on the ABC because she knows she has an audience there that represents all political views but agrees on the climate change. Bolt can't say that. Phelps can greet and meet the public anywhere, Bolt can't and won't do that.

NO, THE LIBERALS DON'T HAVE A 'WOMEN PROBLEM'

My take on the polls, and on the Liberal's alleged "women problem" - according to the ABC. Women problem? In fact, Liberal assistant minister Jane Prentice lost her preselection not because she is a woman. She lost it because her local members thought she just wasn't very good. No Bolt the Liberals don't have a "woman" problem they have a "male" problem and more so from conservatives. They have had that problem because historically they have been the foundation and role models on which patriarchy that has been represented in Australian culture since settlement. Liberals more so than Labor have been a boys club the Melbourne club where women weren't allowed. However, because women were paid less and treated as lesser than men is it any surprise that more joined and have a higher profile in Labour? That more stood up and demanded their rights they became communists too. 
Is it any surprise when it comes to divorce more women walk out on their men than men walk out on their women and men are more surprised and psychologically damaged. They take the position for granted more than women. After all, it wasn't that long ago when men killed their wives a mitigating circumstance in sentencing was if the wife was having an affair. No the Liberal's don't have a problem with women Abbott, Bolt and the conservatives clearly know where their place is and have said it out loud. Unless of course, the women are like Sophie Mirabella. 
If one does a worldwide comparison why is it Australia and in particular the conservative Liberals in Australia lag so far behind the rest of the world when it comes to women in politics and leadership roles. There does seem to be a bias that Bolt wants to deny and he wants to generalize from in the case of Prentice. Women in India Pakistan Israel the EU and the Americas all fare better than they do in the Australian Liberal Party.  All have a higher profile and none need a dickhead male like Andrew Bolt to sit there and do an Abbott and try to explain why it is they simply aren't up to scratch so Democracy has taken over and this is only a Labour and ABC "distraction" and not a trend. It's only a distraction for Bolt when women complain then their 'frightbats' and if the ABC reports it an opportunity. 
Bolt is complaining about the fact that the dumping of Prentice is being 'reported' a job of news reporting something he doesn't do. According to Bolt ex-obit writer, it wasn't a reportable issue. Is Bolt the person the Liberals need or want to turn to for damage control? Is he trying to sweep it under the carpet while banging a drum? That would be dumb than dumber. No, he's just trying to grab attention for himself riding on the back of an issue that has already passed him by in the news cycle.

ABBOTT: MOVE OUR EMBASSY TO JERUSALEM

Tony Abbott is right: Australia should indeed consider moving its embassy in Israel to Jerusalem. In fact, we should do it. It recognises a reality and says the terrorists cannot scare us into shunning either the truth or Israel.  But Malcolm Turnbull immediately rejects it, claiming it's "more conducive to the peace process" not to. It strikes me the energy put into this post is from someone a PR agent seriously concerned about the outcome of what is the equivalent of a Royal Commission. We know Trump is exceedingly uncomfortable about it and posts like this placed by his Murdochian team only seem to give justification to that concern.  Why is it that Trump exclusively only gives personal interviews to Fox and why are Fox staff almost permanent residents at the White House? However they are the ones policed and Bolt sees that as taking even a bigger stick to those on welfare cutting welfare all together but allowing the employed to indulge in their drug taking. 

For the life of me why doesn't Bolt call for the decriminalization of drugs if drug consumption is what he wants. It worked in Portugal other places. It has more  to do with employment 19 people for every available job and it's worse in the country which says a lot about Bolt's punishment park approach that ignores job creation. How ABC stitched up Nauru

Andrew Bolt doesn't believe in history nor does he believe in transparency of ant sort for he supports government in secret.
