Oops! Tony Abbott the Pillock of the Pacific cut Foreign Aid. Turned Aid into a quid pro quo business first Dept  rather than leaving real aid the priority. He removed Radio Australia from the region with cuts to the ABC turned his back and went to Europe. Abbott  was more intent spending on Monuments in Europe Knights and Dames and sending troops to the Ukraine in the hope of becoming a honorary member of NATO. China didn't need to "capture" anything and the Pacific Region leaders certainly don't need to be mocked insulted and spat at by the likes of Andrew Bolt.
