 A very reasonable question by China under the circumstances. Nobody can accuse the US of attempted multi-tasking with the attempted coup in Venezuela where X2 covert operatives we involved and captured among 13 trying to assassinate President Maduro.

As the United States continues to make claims about the origins of COVID-19 China hits out, demanding the US "show" their evidence and saying the US is trying to "frame" China.

However, it's our own Western corporates and governments that have normalised commercial espionage, lobbying and the buying and selling of personal influence between sectors public and private. Defence, Accountancy, Pharmaceuticals and so many others sees a flood of Ministers and staff along with public servants passing through the revolving door to the private sector without a blink taking secrets and information with them.

 It's an oneway street to pots of gold often promised earlier and paid later for favours done or to be carried with them. Defence is just one area spoken of here. Remember when Abbott sacked the most experienced investigators in the ATO where do you think the wound up. In the offices of the biggest Australian Accounting firms of course. The Chinese are doing less harm than we are doing amongst ourselves. Tax avoidance alone is in the billions of dollars and yes paid for.

The words could be straight out of the mouth of Donald Trump whose words are generally straight out of the mouths on Fox News. Get used to death we have to save the economy. They are straight from the mouth of Fox and into and out of Andrew Bolt echoing Donald Trump. However not telling anyone about the growing disaster occurring elsewhere. Sweden's failure to save it's economy for one  is ignored. 
Social distancer extraordinaire is telling Australia to come out of hiding while he stays in. 
His simplistic demand suggests Mining, Health and Construction are under total lockdown when they aren't. Bolt doesn't want universities opened as they harbour Chinese he wants them out of the country. So what are the jobs he's referring to. Muslims and Africans are in the frontline servicing our hospital's jobs people like Bolt aren't interested in doing. He's not very specific is he?

CORONAVIRUS MAY BE 'NO MORE DEADLY THAN FLU'

Tests for antibodies overseas suggest there are many more people than we thought who caught the coronavirus and recovered. The case mortality rate may be no more than the flu. There are also reports of the damaging after-effects that just might be associated with the virus. After effects in both children and adults. The flu contagion rate is x10 ++ times less than Covid-19. Bolt is party to all this information but only cherry-picks that which suits him and ignores the rest. However, what suits him tends to be counter to the general consensus of the majority of experts. He should get a job promoting the harmlessness of smoking he applies the same techniques and does so without any imagination. He could find a health professional to support him I'm sure. 
The Stanford Professor is a centrepiece  Fox News and not unique to Andrew Bolt. Tucker Carlson and others have used him and he seems to be a singular voice who they misquote just to fake their stance. What is intentionally overlooked by Bolt is what else the professor actually said that Covid-19 "is more deadly than the flu"
"The problem, of course, is that we don't have a vaccine," Bhattacharya added. "So in that sense, it's more deadly and more widespread than the flu, and it overwhelms hospital systems, the ways the flu doesn't."
The professor predicted that forthcoming research would give scientists and health officials a "much more an accurate understanding of how widespread this is." (Professor)

Ferguson's girlfriend came to him he didn't go to her which paints a significantly different story. But then we shouldn't forget when Andrew Bolt got caught out publicly lying about his ex-fiance he blamed his wife and family for his lie. Ferguson didn't he resigned. Whose more honorable? Ferguson still believes what he preaches Andrew Bolt certainly doesn't and if he does it makes even a greater cad which we know he is.
