Should we be surprised that Andrew Bolt overlooked the Mental Health issues involved with this case and when Christian Paranoid Schizophrenics commit violent acts their religion isn't primarily blamed for their actions but their mental ill health is.
This will have become a case used by Bolt to amplify his narrative but will rarely be used again because of the mental condition of Khan. Bolt's narrative is hardly convincing when all his examples Haider Monis and Khan had proved mental conditions of ill health. In the same breath Bolt's tried to deny this fact has any relevance.
Andrew Bolt is far more deserving of being treated and charged as a dangerous religious provocateur than a 22 year old already known to police and previously treated under the Mental Health Act .

BA Before Abbott this country was admired. We thought of ourselves with pride we were Aussies a country that welcomed people a true rainbow nation.. When Abbott became PM the shit did hit the fan and a dark cloud spread over us and things got worse for our freedoms and the barriers to the rest of the world went up. Freedom of information and government transparency was stopped dead in it's tracks. We went to war. 600 corporations were rewarded by the sacking of 3,500 ATO workers, the NBN that was to take us into the world of e-commerce and e-medicine was destroyed and set back 50 years. We went from 30th in the world to 64th in the technology which Tony Abbott called an "entertainment system". A knew domestic security force was established the ABF a domestic police with the power to stop anyone on the streets anytime and ask for our IDs. Our Detention Centers were filled and became our Guantanamo but filled with women and children.. We became a divided nation where the wealthy were being rewarded and the the poor, the indigenous the Muslims the workers and the next generation punished proof in the fact that the income gap was widening and the Middle class shrinking. The middle class were paying for their kids education, housing, health they weren't leaving home because there was no guarantee of work. They were being attacked by the Abbott government simply because they were less likely to vote for Abbott. Our National pride was stripped and shame filled the void. Bolt has the gall to tell us our kids world was being improved by Abbott.

When Australians are the most debt ridden nation in the world and banks are in the business of making profit from debt. How on earth can Ergas begin to even talk about the economics of saving? Fact under employment is the order of the day so much so even banks are beginning to worry. Their profits are in danger in as much the youth of today can't afford to get into more than pay day debt. They take cash out on their credit cards to make it through the week and are immediately paying the maximum rate of interest 25% plus. What savings model is Ergas talking about?
