Why is Bolt such a fool the jester for the court of the coalition trying to deflect attention from yet another embarrassing issue. Bolt is trying make it sound yet another Labour problem created and tries to blame Gillard for Abbott's current blunder. It's a problem because it occurred now and the government is red face now. If they knew it was there all these years why is it they couldn't deal with it?
Why can't Hockey and Abbott agree on their party's policies? Hockey didn't really do anything wrong it was motor mouth Abbott the Minister for Women that says the first thing that comes to mind that screwed things up again. According to Bolt Abbott has become a great listener. Well he's certainly not listening when he put his treasurer away or listening to what women were asking. It also goes to show just what a bullshit artist Bolt is. However more so it shows what little control the party has over Tony Abbott. He's yet again shown not only his gender bias and his disregard for women but he's Jack out of the box yet again..
The delaying tactic declaring it a state issue shows just how gutless this government is. It's what Hockey turned to to not answer the question. They cut state funds on indigenous programs in order to leave the WA government to deal with the remote communities. They bribes the states into selling assets in order to recieve a grant in return. They withhold funds promised to Victoria on infrastructure and in fact asks for funds back why to make their books look good. This coalition does not know what it's doing and Bolt just keeps on distorting deflecting and drumming up excuses obvious excuses on their behalf. I'm sorry this argument that Bolt runs is no longer valid. He's producing figures that were taken 4 years ago on data collected prior to that. Hartcher is only indicating the possibilities of how households will have the choice of being independent and off the grid. With storage cells improving at such a rapid rate the time when electricity will need to be generated at peak on a daily basis as Bolt suggests won't be necessary. The possibility of alternative sources and choice is not that far away. When the options are made available Bolt's argument against free market competition will be over. How is it this advocate of 'free market' competition is an advocate against when it come to energy?
Aside from that Bolt's costing argument never accounts for the pollution generated in the burning of coal and it's costs in terms of public health and enviromental decline. China is in fact directing it's attention to these issues and doing it aggressively. Something the world is very grateful for.
Bolt's first lie is distortion Gillard was speaking of IS ideology not the ideology of Islam which Bolt suddenly pretends to defend when always claiming the opposite. Bolt's an obvious hypocrite. Secondly Gillard never referred to it as the primary core of IS nor was she directing her attention to Islam . So Bolt is just building up a rhetorical argument construct of bullshit to tear down and convince us he knows where he's going, basically nowhere.
However the simple fact is the US likes to see itself as a world and domestic leader. It did when they elected Obama and now the tide is running in Hilary's favour. Who among the fruitcake candidates of GOP is Bolt's preferred President? Not not a word on that issue. Bolt is so used to running negative arguments he's stuck in the groove of his own scarred mind that refuses to recall that Gillard actually got more bills passed than Abbott. That she negotiated her way to hold the record for most things passed through the Senate of any government in our history and Abbott has achieved close to the least. You Won't Hear That From Bolt!!!
Sounds simply like the last Hurrah or a prayer for a ray hope by Bolt. Is Lazarus even a viewer or reader of Bolt's? Does he mix with those that are? I doubt it.

This cut and paste tell you more Andrew Bolt's distortion. His consevative right wing anti- Islamic rant against Jasmine Milovanov. If so public and on Facebook why was she able to fly to the Middle East isn't Australia's Security system working? No she was up till then a normal Australian mother.
Bolt certainly lets it be known in Kafkaesque fashion she was a divorcee, a single, mother, an Islamic convert, a terror supporter and on social welfare. All things he's ready to condemn her for. She was a normal Australian girl who converted to Islam, married had 2 children was divorced and mentally troubled. That she somehow connected to a woman on social media who convinced her her life ills would be solved in Syria.
Social media stings for love and hope take peoples life savings why is it so surprising that this girl sees to have just been scammed. We don't jail the victims of these scams. Some have sent $100,000s of dollars to imaginary hopeful lovers. We don't write about them as single mothers who are now on welfare. We don't even profile them as Bolt does. The scammers however do and have on that count more in common with Bolt. Do we ever mention the ease with which this happens? He makes no mention of the inability of Abbott's new security system to prevent this happening. There not a shred of compassion from Bolt for the error this woman may have made.
Jasmine is mentally troubled Australian girl not an immigrant. She converts to Islam and marries a Muslim man has children and gets divorced. Normal Bolt suggests otherwise . Strike one she converted to Islam. She divorced and became a single mother strike two. On social welfare that's already strike three. Mentally troubled and influenced by a woman on social media is Bolt's strike 4. The the icing on the cake for Bolt to show terrorist intent. As I said woman and men are targeted and scammed for all sorts of reasons on the Internet why is Jasmine the exception and just another victim of an internet scam. She is a double victim in fact the victim of Abbott's failed $2billion dollar security system that fails more than succeeds but is there only for political advantage.
The longer the inquiry into Man Haron Monis goes the more comes to light he wasn't an organized terrorist just an extremely sick man. The same can be said of this woman we don't know and nor does Abbott's security service. Bolt definitely doesn't know. There was no history associating her to terror but more with naivete and maybe romance. However Bolt profiles Jasmine in Kafkaesque way.
The war in Syria has been going for 4 years had the woman gone last year no issue would have been made of it. The change political we have redefined what that war we once supported now means. The scams didn't start overnight either they have been on the internet for ever. However we redefined some of those as well. People whose lives aren't necessarily attuned to media and don't pay attention to the news can get caught up in all sorts of things. Kids get caught up. No mention that Abbott's radar and $2 billion security uplift failure and is there just for show. To justify the expense people must be caught blamed an victimised. I can send $200,000 to a fictiious Nigerian lover who can then send money to IS no problem. However let me send $100 to Raqqa to a relative who needs the money and I'll be jailed. Coming from an a historian who holds the whole pack cards when it comes to racism Bolt chooses to denigrate an Australian of the year simply because he chooses to remind us of our history. Our history before BB the birth of Bolt. Never let it be said that the ANZACs aren't a part of our history only the First peoples and the indigenous today have no right to any connection. Never let it be said that First Peoples fighting as ANZACS didn't exist because of their race. The very denial is a denial of history and as such racist.
Bolt simply turns the rhetoric of racism away from history in order to play the victim card. Without any truth of history the deck of cards becomes is whatever you want it to be because without historical context there is no class, race, gender or bias it's a pretty convenient tool for denial.
Bolt if all people are equal then all ideas are. But they are not in our social construction of our reality there is a battle to define our world. It's definition generally is enforced from the top down. It seems it's a lot to do about something and not much ado about nothing. Bolt hasn't explained himself well not well at all. However as is his want he has brought something to light. Often these things do have consequences and for Tony Abbott. Is it about Peter Slipper and his return with some legal action ? One would hope so.

It wasn't hard to predict that Abbott would be put aside and attention drawn to Bill Shorten as if he was Gillard and still running the country. Abbott has been and still is just too much of an International embarrassment. Murdoch media may have no control internationally however they control 70% of domestic press. So the damage control and PR can be excercised here.
The illusion that " the clever Abbott budget" has moved him slightly left is preposterous. Abbott was severely chastised by his Party. They dragged him kicking and screaming to the liberal center where Turnbull resides. The party has taken control of Abbott, his office and his PR. Anything he does now needs to be passed by them except for the obvious and spontaneous dangers, his Captain Calls and his wayward mouth. They have limited that by reducing his visibility and no longer complaining of unfair treatment by other media and limited him from it wherever possible. Talk of he and Hockey's blistering comeback and drawing attention to the opposition and Bill Shorten is Murdoch's ploy. We now ladies and gentleman have a Clayton's PM. The PM you have to have when you don't want a PM. He's no longer center ring he's a side show at best and still a walking time bomb at worst.

Bolt admits Abbott's been wrapped in cotton wool and put away as best his Party can why? Because like in Pygmalion he needs to be put on a short leash and retrained in the next 12 months if he's to go to election. There is still fear of him acting in his spontaneous, autocratic, god bothering way. When ever was Abbott self-deprecatory? He has been severely chastised by his party. So much so they reigned him in and put knew moderate faces in as spoke persons. They returned him from what Abbott thought was leader now are trying to have him look like Turnbull. After all let's not forget he only won the leadership by one vote from Turnbull when the conservatives began running rampant in opposition saying nope, nope nope to everything . It was what they took to the election. However an election the proverbial drovers dog could have won. However with that win and Abbott as PM their glorious hope of flight crashed like a lead zeppelin.
Abbott's power has gone and Abbott knows if a spill was called on any major matter now he'd be out. He now is being lead by the nose and personally needs to be retrained for the apparent change. It's is not his nature nope, nope. nope.
