Communications Minister Malcolm Turnbull has refused to
endorse the prime minister's claim that heads should roll at the ABC,
after it allowed a convicted criminal on live television.
Tony
Abbott made the call after the public broadcaster replayed Zaky
Mallah's appearance on the QA program, despite admitting it was an
error of judgment.
'I will decide what metaphors I use and the
manner in which I use them,' Mr Turnbull told ABC TV on Thursday night,
when asked if he agreed with Mr Abbott.

Abbott needs to be examined under Section 18C of the RDA
The hypocrisy caravan rolls on . It's banners and rhetoric little more than lies and posturing. Convicted criminals shouldn't be given a public platform by publicly funded independent media. Any wonder recidivism is so high with attitudes like Abbott's in the community. Tony Abbott is a convicted criminal himself however he's used his cultural capital to overcome the life time guilt he thinks others should bear.
Steve Ciobo publicly insulted, humiliated and intimidated Zacky Mullah on National TV a crime under Section 18 of the RDA. PM called Mullah a convicted criminal and terrorist sympathizer with no elaboration with who his sympathies lie.
Abbott has declared us members of the US lead coalition and as such we have been assisting in the Syrian war. The coalition are anti-Assad and anti ISIS. The coalition support the FSA and are now sympathetic to Jabat al Nusra an affiliate of Al Qaeda in Syria. Their sympathy lies in as much the Americans are about to train Jabat al Nusra fighters in Turkey. In other words we the coalition are therefore terrorist sympathisers and more active than Mallah by assisting Jabat al Nusra. By association Tony Abbott is a terrorist sympathizer by every definition of the term.
Zacky Mullah has publicly declared his opposition to Assad and ISIS. His sympathy and support appears to be with the alliance of FSA and Jabat al Nusra. Am I missing something Abbott and Mallah support the same sides and are on the same page. So by Abbott's own admission he must also be a traitor to this country and a terrorist sympathizer as is the USA and all the western coalition.
Beyond that his own ignorance needs to be examined because he uses ex criminal as an insult, and an attempt to humiliate and discriminate against Mullah. Combine that with the threat to remove his citizenship and I believe Abbott needs examining under the RDA as well.

Bolt does not believe British Law it seems he prefers Sharia Law. If convicted of a crime one should be made to bear the consequences for life. The community is entitled to be prejudiced for as long as it wishes and the the person convicted has lost all rights . Any rights the ex con had are entitled to be forfeited . Gillian Triggs no right to discredit any predjudice even if the offence dates back 35 years. WHAT WE DON'T HEAR FROM BOLT. The legal basis on which Triggs made her decision which certainly would not have been as arbitrary as Bolt has made it out to be.

Like Inspector Gadget Andrew Bolt has discovered Shorten really is a politician. After all this time he's been noticed lying. Shorten hasn't said so in so many words but Bolt has discovered it. Unlike all others cut from the same cloth we could never be certain Shorten was a real politician. Tony Abbott's lips move and you know what your getting immediately.
The problem is however Bolt's getting the information off the ABC which according to him is the most biased government funded organization on the planet which can't be trusted with anything. Couple that with "I've got it from the horse's mouth" Rudd and Bolt has us all heads spinning . Bolt is a master at revealing the government bias of the ABC's even if he hasn't revealed much else.As Rudd can confuse the shit out of anybody when he opens his mouth.
Yes another Commissioner acting like that biased bitch Gillian Triggs. Who selects these people the AWU? Chris Merritt of The Australian has hit the nail on the head in all fairness Commissioners need to be appointed by a neutral selection committee like one made up of editors of Newscorp's major mastheads around Australia. That would put an end to all the nonsense. Bolt is for that.
If the ABC was doing it's job there would have been no bias on the question of citizenship on Q&A last Monday. Given Steve Ciobo won the argument on Q&A about citizenship and it looked as if Zacky Mallah had been set up why is Andrew Bolt complaining? All bias if any was for the government just pick up any MSM. Isn't Bolt running one of his "it seems but isn't arguments" he always whinges about? The soap box at the time and immediately after and now is for nobody other than the right and I agree the issue should be taken to the public to decide despite their faith in the ABC.
After all Mallah's question was edited and Ciobo's answer wasn't that in itself is evidence of interference. This is as tragic a bias as the Pope's encyclical which has made Climate Change look like a religious festival and joke. I can't understand why Shorten is staying so quiet on the issue and idiots like Bolt aren't celebrating. The Australian says it all just having a cockroach like Mallah on the Q&A was a plus for the government. Take it to the people.
Australians would go to an election solely on the relationship between this government and Newscorp. The public have faith in the ABC, as shown by this week’s Essential poll,
which found the most trusted media were ABC TV news and current affairs
(63%), SBS TV news and current affairs (61%) and ABC radio news and
