Bolt along with Abbott and Ciobo have thrown the law overboard. A Kangaroo court was held on Q&A by an articulate lawyer Steve Ciobo Minister who said Zacky Mullah and Australian born citizen should be banished. Zacky Mullah a young far less articulate Muslim who had been judged innocent 11 years prior by the Supreme Court of Australia of treason. He was simply provoked by this smart arsed lawyer . Innocent of the crime he found Ciobo nevertheless disrespected the Suprme Court and his judgement of innocence. With his limited cultural capital Zacky reacted as best he could be it all unsophisticated. We witnessed a bully with power at work
The amazing thing is that the MSM have focused on Mallah and not on Ciobo who simply threw justice out the window.Abbott attacked the ABC and Q&A for allowing "a criminal" into their studio to ask a question. Abbott was charged in past years for sexual assault found not innocent but just "case not proved". He was also charged for malicious damage and found guilty but the conviction not recorded. The MSM are all focusing on what Zacky Mallah said however nobody has given much consideration the Steve Ciobo MP's dumb arse remarks that were clearly articulated as he wasn't wearing his KKK hood. Remarked provoked an inarticulate response for a young man being told he wasn't worthy of being Australian. His response wasn't the best but the provocation from a Minister was atrocious. Ciobo is the public official you don't want running the country. The official who sees the judiciary and commissions like the UNHRC as just interferences in their right to rule. Never have we seen elected representatives want British law turned on it's head. Ministers crying for the right to do whatever they see fit to the citizens. The courts merely a body of review in which to judge innocence. It's the distinct opposite of the primary tenet of British Law that decrees your innocent until proven guilty.
Mallah was proved not guilty after he was held for two years without bail and that came about because of a forced to plea bargain. He has a right to be angry and a right to show it show it in a public place. Bolt even denies him that but he did the same when he felt hard done by he hasn't stopped. Ciobo on the other hand is an MP a public official doesn't have the right to scoff at the system he's been paid to uphold his attitude and words verged on the arrogance of a person who claimed himself to be wiser than the Supreme Court of Australia. The arrogance that wants to do away with the very heart of our justice system. It seems much more like Iran than any Democracy and Bolt applauds it.
