Also a statement that doesn't allow us to check what it was Andrew Wilkie may have been referring to at the time. To the suspicion lies against Andrew Bolt. Why is his blog unsourced? These News Corp article are hilarious telling just how fantastic the government's turn around has been but both having to end in a whimper and the truth the polls are back to where they were 5 months ago. Not only that but  the renewed backbiting about Abbott’s chief of staff Peta Credlin and the PMO has once again begun.

I would be surprised to see Andrew Bolt do what this News Corp service did.

News.com.au acknowledges that any such allegation is false and apologises to Mr Burke and Ms Laris for the hurt and embarrassment caused by the article.

 

Pretending to stop global warming will cost another $660 million a year

Bolt starts with a lie 1. there's a hiatus in warming. and then couples it with a threat 2. The economy will be trashed. 

Firstly the hiatus Bolt alludes to is counter to 97% of Global Sciences consensus on the matter and the most recent NOAA report showed any notion of an aberration was totally false. Secondly the history of predictions published in the Intergenerational Reports of the past have been totally wrong slanted and purely politically motivated. We know what Dr Karl Kruszelnicki had to say after he was conned into promoting the Abbott government's report, that it was  a total political con and he wanted nothing to do with it. Nevertheless the government still used Dr Karl in the ad despite his protests.
